Really Easy Stay!

Super convenient, the access to the beach is very simple and the amenities were fabulous. Wished they had a coffee shop inside but besides that, it was wonderful to stay there!

Property & location are amazing !

The property & location was perfect. Property is well maintained and property owners are very responsive & easy to get a hold of. Location was great as well. Beach is clean and well maintained as the property. Definitely recommend for families & solo trips

Perfect Beach Life Stay!

We stayed almost a week at this property and had such a relaxing wonderful time. Owner/management company was super responsive and checked in constantly to make sure our stay was going perfectly. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We paid for what we got!!! The sofa was dirty, chair in living room had a big stain, the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. The toilet paper holders were barely hanging on to the wall . Had Molded trim in 2nd bath and the shower curtain was brown at the top. Lots of touch up paint you could see through the condo. And there was an awful smell when we got there.I was very disappointed in this rental due to having a high rating.

Amazing Place to Stay

We have been going to Orange for several years and this has been our favorite rental so far. Everything was as stated, and the property was perfect. Will definitely be booking again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and laid out great for our family. ( husband and I along with 2 kiddos and my father in law) Will absolutely stay here again!

We needed a break from the world and we certainly got it!!!

The room at the hotel was absolutely perfect for the 5 of us. We had ample room with all the amenities we needed. I especially enjoyed the hot tubs. The rooms were in perfect order...very clean and well taken care of. All the appliances worked and that set our stay on the right trajectory. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach. It was not crowded, and we had plenty of parking. We went out to dinner every night with easy access to top notch places such as Cottons, Docs Seafood, Buzz-cats breakfast, as well as ice cream parlors right across the street. The monetary rate was superb. We were located on the beach but also had easy access to the Tanger outlet, the Zoo. We took sunset rides down the strip, and really had 4 days of fun that really recharged our batteries. We are already planning to go back next year and taking the rest of our family that was not able to come with us next time. And even with an additional four individuals we would have enough room. This place is worth it.

Our family enjoyed the pool, beach and surrounding area of the Phoenix VI.

The Phoenix VI was a wonderful place for our family vacation. We had plenty of room in the condo. Although the complex was busy, the pool always had a lot of room for the kids to swim and play without being crowded. The beach was clean and access was great.

Great Unit!

We love the Phoenix condos because we always find them to be super kid friendly, and again, this did not disappoint. The condo felt huge! Bedrooms were cosy, and 5th floor is the perfect view of the beach and pool area. Will definitely be staying again.

It was awesome!!!!

The property was well laid out. Things to do onsite such as outdoor grilling, basketball, tennis, indoor racquetball, hot tub, pool/ indoor and outdoor, fitness facilities, or could walk to nearby shops Very nice staff. Very clean and pretty. Very spacious. The rooms were amazing, well maintained and furnished with all appliances necessary. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Great Spring Break in Orange Beach

We really enjoyed our time in Orange Beach. The Condo was wonderful, well maintained and nicely furnished. It seemed to be recently updated. The ocean view was awesome. The location was close to many good restaurants, shopping and fun activities. The only downside was that the indoor pool was being repaired. One of the reasons I chose this condo was going during Spring Break I knew it could be chilly or rainy. The kids needed to go next door to swim and that pool was crowded with people from two buildings.

Very Happy - Met Expectations

It's not often you arrive to a place and feel as though the place matches the beautiful pictures in the ad. This was indeed the case with this property. The furnishings were nice, beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. We didn't have many issues but it was nice that help was only a call or text away. It was super easy to have Walmart deliver groceries and Doordash to deliver food. We had a great birthday celebration for my niece there. The location is centrally located and it was easy to get around. We rented beach chairs right in front of the property which made it easy. This was our first time vacationing there and it will definitely not be our last. We especially enjoyed the indoor jacuzzis at night.

Property was as described alot of extras was nice to have a crackpot, beach chairs and card games. Out family of six had plenty of room to enjoy our stay.
