Another great stay! We rented the house three years ago and it looked just as new as it did back then. Sue was an awesome host and was a huge help to us! The house was exceptionally clean and in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the snow capped San Juan Mountains. The kitchen was nice and fully equipped, beds were clean and comfortable, living room was very spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Any time we plan a trip to the Montrose area, this will be the first place we try to rent. Thanks again Sue for everything!

If you are looking for a spacious, clean and well supplied place to stay in the Montrose/Ridgway area, then look no further because this lovely house worked very well for us. We were in the area for a Southwestern Colorado photo shoot and this location allowed for convenient access to scenic areas all around. The kitchen has everything that you might need, the bed we slept on was comfortable and the house was filled with beautiful Colorado light thanks to the large stylish windows. Fresh cut flowers, live plants and attractive wall art all through the house made our stay feel like home.Sue was a great host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and concerns that we had. Thank you, Sue for a great place to stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful property and again, we have nothing but praise for this place! It is a nice house, nicely furnished and contains pretty much anything you could possibly need. The country location is peaceful, quiet, and serene with amazing night sky views. The location is convenient to so many destinations: Ridgway, Ouray, Silverton, Telluride, and of course, Montrose. Sue and Mike are fantastic Hosts that are friendly and enjoyable to talk to. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The house was very clean. The kitchen well stocked. Thoughtful touches were found throughout, like fresh flowers and even sleep masks. (lots of windows and natural light during the day and night) The views were incredible! This was the perfect homebase for our adventures in Ouray, Telluride, Silverton, and our visit to Black Canyon NP. Sue was easy to communicate and very accommodating.

There are many things we loved about this vacation home. The hosts are delightful, friendly and responsive, addressing every question promptly and to our satisfaction. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, and we really liked having a bathroom in each bedroom. Also, there were many extras that we haven’t had in other rentals, like fresh flowers on the table and healthy snacks. Windows across the front of the home give a beautiful view of the mountains and afternoon rains; it’s very peaceful and relaxing to just sit and enjoy the beauty of nature. A definite plus is the central location that made it convenient to access so many attractions in the area. All things considered, we definitely recommend this home for others visiting area.

Beautiful home, beautiful location. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and friendly, accessible hosts. Stayed here for our visit to the Black Canyon and the town of Montrose was close for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at 360 Views. The home was nicely furnished and stocked with everything that you would need. Sue is a very good communicator and is so cordial. I would stay again if we are in the area again!

We moved to Montrose five and a half years ago and love our community. We are excited to host guests on our property and share our views and knowledge of the area.

This home is a newer build with beautiful decor, but the views are what are to die for. The home faces South and has views of the San Juan Mountain range. The sun sets over the ridge to the West. Grand Mesa can be seen to the North, and Buckhorn mountain is directly across the road to the East. Sunsets and alpine glows are amazing! We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway 550.

This home is a Frank Lloyd Wright design. It is an open airy space with exposed beams. All of the floor to ceiling windows face South with beautiful views of the San Juans. All new appliances, comfy beds, fluffy towels, and a very well stocked kitchen will leave you relaxed and ready to go out and explore the surrounding areas.
