This luxurious 4 BR 2 BA oceanfront home on the boardwalk offers spectacular views of Catalina Island, Huntington Beach and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Just blocks from the Newport Pier, plenty of restaurants, shopping and grocery shopping are within walking distance. Lido Island, Balboa Island, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are nearby. Restaurants within walking distance include 21 Oceanfront, Nobu, Tupelo Junction Cafe, Fly N Fish Oyster Bar & Grill, Bluewater Grill, Cannery, Charlie's Chili, Crab Cooker, Mama D's Italian Kitchen, Mutt Lynch's, Alta Coffee, Newport Beach Coffee Company and many more.
This downstairs split level unit features two bedrooms, each with a California king bed with attached shower bathroom. Additional bedrooms include two twin beds and a full bed. The living room has a television with cable and WiFi access with direct access to the patio. The gated patio has tables and chairs, a propane BBQ and a retractable awning. An outside shower is available. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, baking pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and microwave oven. Attached garage includes two tandem parking spots, washer and dryer and water softener. This home easily accommodates two families.
Duffy boat, kayak, paddle board and bike rentals along with two playgrounds (one on the boardwalk and Marina Park on the bay) are within walking distance. No automobile is necessary to enjoy all the peninsula has to offer.
Newport Beach is a wonderful destination with great surfing, sunbathing, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, dining, and shopping. Minutes away from Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium of Anaheim and Honda Center. Other beach communities, including Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente and Del Mar to the south and Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, Seal Beach and Long Beach to the north, are easy accessible within a short drive.

This is a comfortable home in an amazing location. This was our second time staying at this property. We appreciate that it has four bedrooms and is walking distance from a grocery, many restaurants, and the pier. It is stocked with everything you need and the host is friendly and helpful. Hopefully, we will make it back again to relax, enjoy the beach and boardwalk, and catch another beautiful Southern California sunset.

Nothing quite like watching the sunset from your front porch or living room while the kids run around the sand right in front of you. Curtis was a wonderful host and the property was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked (though we didn’t cook so can’t really opine) and there were plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. Location is perfect, walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Would certainly stay again when back in beautiful Newport Beach.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything effortless from start to finish. Having the beach literally right outside our door felt like a dream, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from great restaurants and the pier.And the people‑watching? Top‑notch. There was never a dull moment. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back! :)

Fabulous Beach Vacation

The location was amazing! Close to everything and the view from the downstairs patio was fantastic! My mom enjoyed sitting and people watching! The barbecue was convenient and the owner was very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location

This home is in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to the grocery, resteraunts, and shops. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The onsite laundry was great to keep all the towels clean.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful well maintained beach house!! Owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The house had everything you could possibly need, and INCREDIBLY CLEAN!! We will be making this an annual trip!!

Made Family Memories!

This was such a cozy, and comfortable place. The owner was so polite and accommodating. Everyone was thrilled with the location of the rental and amount of space this unit had to offer. 4 nice bedrooms accommodated our whole family very comfortably. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Beautiful Beach House - Felt like Home Spring Break 2021

Booking and check in was easy. Owner had amazing communication. House was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We saved alot of money by cooking in. The garage was fully stocked with Washer and Dryer and tons of toys for the kids for the beach. We were not able to park in the driveway or garage. We have a SUV and the angle of the driveway would not allow our vehicle to fit. Most days we were able to find close parking along the nearby streets. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Oceanfront Location (But needs screens & working fans)

Beautiful spot on the boardwalk, kitchen was well equipped, and there was an abundance of recreational and beach eqiupment and towels. Good linens too. All was appreciated. But at this price point, the place really needed screens - i knew there was no A/C but i expected window and sliding door screens. Iit was very hot and with the windows and slider open, there were so many bugs we felt like we were camping. All but one fan was not working. On Day 1, upon arrival, i turned around to drive an hour back home to bring fans from my house and we left one day early because it was just too hot, muggy and buggy, even with our fans.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

My family and I had an unforgettable experience at this beachfront home in Newport. The location simply cannot be beat; it's just steps away from the water, making it convenient for our family to move between the beach and the house with ease. Accommodation for the Whole Family We traveled with our five children, ranging from ages 2-12, and found the property to be spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Indoor-Outdoor Living One of our favorite features was the sliding doors that opened up the living space to the ocean breeze. We kept them open all day, which created a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The kids loved it, and so did we. It felt like the beach was an extension of the living room. Convenience What made our stay particularly enjoyable was the convenience of being so close to the water. No need to pack up a day's worth of supplies to go to the beach; it was incredibly easy to walk back and forth for bathroom breaks, lunch, or anything else we needed. This made our vacation so much more relaxed than it otherwise would have been. Conclusion Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better beachfront experience.

Perfect place

Can't give them a higher rating. Location can't be beat beach front with everything walking distance. House came with everything needed and much more. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Great vacation

We loved our vacation at West Newport! Location was excellent! Right on the beach and close walking distance to lots of restaurants and the pier! Property was clean and check in and out were both easy! Curtis was wonderful to work with!

Nice, clean home with a great view of Newport. Fun watching people go by on the boardwalk. Got to meet Anthony with his Handicap Hustle-super cool guy!! Would definitely go again

Great location

This property is in a great location for restaurants, beach activities and shopping. Plenty of room and well stocked with essentials. Only complaint would be carport was too short to park our 4Runner so we had to find street parking which can be difficult. Otherwise great experience.

Perfect Family Vacation for all Ages

Everything about this house was perfect for our family vacation and Curtis was an excellent host. We had little kids with us and teenagers and the house had something for everyone. The location was super convenient and we never had to drive anywhere. We will definitely book this house again!
