Beautiful beach and ocean front property. The sand was right outside our door and everything was exactly as pictured. Well stocked kitchen and very responsive management team! Perfect location for our beach vacation ! We'd love to come back

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here for a short beach vacation. The location was great and the house was nice. Perfect for a family beach vacation.

Perfect location at Newport Beach

The property is well located, the view is gorgeous and the beach is great too. The bottom floor has a fair amount of foot traffic passing by, but the top floor is peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Best vacation ever

Had a wonderful time! When we first arrived there was some trouble with the lock box but we were very pleased that the owners came right over to fix it. Great location! Absolutely stunning views.

Amazing absolutely beautiful

This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed! So unique with all the paintings on the walls. Just Gorgeous it was like a honeymoon retreat upstairs and downstairs for the rest of the family.

Everything was excellent.

We enjoyed our trip and the accommodations were exactly as we expected. Would have liked a working grill but we made do.

There are 2 gas valve shut-offs (one on the adjacent wall, and another under the BBQ itself), perhaps one of these was not turned on. Please know that you can contact us 7 days /wk to remedy any and all issues you may have during a future stay with us. Wonderful retreat

This place was amazing! The location is just perfect for a beachy getaway. The decor is high quality and comfortable. Our kids loved the access to the nearby playground. The beach is steps away, clean, and not crowded. We will definitely be back.

Incredible property and location.

Incredible property and location. The view was stunning and it was walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. in Newport as well as Balboa. Being between the two was nice and made it a little quieter in the evenings. The home itself was beautiful and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Beautiful Beach House

We had an amazing time in this beautiful beach house. Everything we wanted and more. Excellent location, lots of space, beautiful decor, extremely clean with exceptional beach views. Waking up in this home and seeing the ocean makes for a wonderful day and vacation.
