I booked it for the U.S. Air Force Academy Parents weekendThe place was very clean, the place felt very safe and was a good location to USAFA. I liked that the owner had a lot of little things- salt, pepper, oil etc so that it made cooking pretty easy. I would stay here again.

Great house and easy to find and get to all places in Colorado Springs. If you like a dark room bring an eye mask, the shades do not keep out the dark. Wonderful stay.

Great stay for our family

Very clean!! Had everything you could need to cook and clean. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Some games kids could play and a nice patio space to enjoy the nice weather or have a morning cup of coffee. Really great location, felt safe and convenient to all the activities we had planned.

pleasant stay

The location worked well for us attending our son's graduation from Colorado College. There were a few minor matters that were amiss, such as the smoke alarm beeping when we checked in and the dishwasher not being unloaded by the cleaning staff. I communicated with the hosts about some details they could address, and they appreciated the feedback.

Everything was very nice. The house was clean and comfortable. It was furnished with everything we needed. i would have liked a hand rail to come up the steps coming into the property. .

Great location, comfy beds!

This was a great place for us to meet our college student for a weekend. It was clean and we liked the private yard. We did plan to cook for the weekend as our college son whom we were visiting, wanted home cooked food. The kitchen was a little sparse on items for big meal prep and not having a grill was a bummer, but we hit the Goodwill and bought some used kitchen gear and had a great time! We will plan to be back!

Family getaway

We visited the zoo and Garden of the Gods. The house was a great place to relax. We appreciated how close it was to a grocery store and how quiet the neighborhood was.

Girls Trip

Girl's trip to Colorado Springs to climb the Manitou Incline. Our stay was wonderful! The home was even better than described and was quite and comfortable with everything we could have needed. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Clean, quiet and as pictured.

I was hesitant regarding the older area, but this house was wonderful. Clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the stay. I will provide a warning for those who have problems with fragrances, there was a strong citrus smell from cleaning however, 30 minutes with the windows open and it was completely gone. The floors are also very squeaky if you have light sleepers, but didn’t bother us at all. The neighbors were friendly to say hello in passing and we weren’t worried about vehicles. Communication was clear and we got prompt responses. I would absolutely stay again.

Amazing!

What an amazing place. Everything was clean and beautiful. Communication with the rental management team was excellent and it had everything that we needed. It was 10 minutes from everything. Highly recommend!
