This place is beautiful. It’s only a short walk to downtown and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately by the host. We had a blast and will definitely be returning.

This condo offered our family of five plenty of comfortable space, and its proximity to the Parkway (and especially SkyBridge Park) was ideal.

Love the location this is reason mainly for staying at this particular complex. Walking distance to downtown area is very convenient.

Cute place close to the strip

Quiet place within walking distance of everything you need. We enjoyed our place & the hosts stayed in contact to make sure we loved our visit

Great location

Location was great, walkable to do town Gatlinburg. Everything was great with the condo. Response was quick every time I had a question or needed info.

Great Place

Great Location, short walk to strip. We were able to see all the sites and with the convenient location there was no need to pay for parking Once there. Quiet, clean and comfortable. A definite rebook on our next trip Up !!

Enjoyed the stay - good location and quiet condo building. Only critique is no baking sheets to use in the oven and limited silverware available to cooking in.

The unit, as a whole, is very dated and beat up. Walls are dirty, needs fresh paint, carpet was dirty and stained in many spots. We arrived to a broken dryer door, broken master shower door (still propped up in the master closet) and a feeling like the place needed a lot of work. The parking situation was extremely confusing as there was no indication where we needed to park and the host that we contacted didn't know either. The door code was very difficult to use when we arrived since the host uses a third party app that you need to log into to get the code/open the door. I had hands full of stuff after walking up 4 flights of stairs and the app wouldn't let me by the "check-in survey" to get the code without completing the check in survey. It was very frustrating with full hands. The patio furniture was really in terrible shape. The furniture in the unit was to big for the unit making the unit feel very small and difficult to navigate, especially in the dining and living room. The lights in the hallway didn't work for half of the stay and then suddenly decided to come on the third day we were there. The TVs looked like they were bought 25 years ago. The location is great and the unit could be a nice unit if the owners would put a little bit of time, maintenance and care into it. For what we paid, it did not meet the expectations. We would stay in the same general vicinity again but not at this unit.

Awesome place to Stay

We have stayed at this property .any times in the past, its a convenient place to stay and still be off the beaten path but close enough to walk to town. This unit was clean and we had no issues at all. Just bring your clothes and snacks and you'll be all set. Thank you Haven rentals for another great place to stay in Gatlinburg.

Perfect place

Easy walk to downtown. Comfortable, homey apartment - colorful decor is a nice change from all white/gray that so many places have. Pretty much everything you would need is there. Easy check in/out. Helpful when we had trouble with one of the tvs. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Awesome!! Great location! Loved the decor, and comfort! The master bedroom and bathroom were amazing! Elevator is so nice to have! In your description, You should mention something about the how a Gatlinburg Trolley stop is just steps away! One thing I'd change: upgrade your toilet paper and paper towles to better quality.

Great Mountain Getaway

This property had all of the comforts of home! The location is within walking distance of downtown and is close to almost everything Gatlinburg has to offer. The condo was exactly as described. We had some trouble with getting the door code in the app but we reached out and received assistance and had access to the condo within a couple of minutes.

Excellent Condo Location!

My family and i have stayed in a vast array of condos between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and this one ranks among the highest of them! First off, unless you're staying in the middle of Gatlinburg, you cannot beat the location! Well within walking distance of everything, but also right above both the Log Cabin Pancake House and the convention center. The owners were very responsive and answered every question we had quickly and decisively. If you are a fan of being close to everything and want a short walk to anything within town, i would highly recommend this condo!
