Guest Access:
The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

Please note: MAILBOX ACCESS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS. While we love all furry friends, we ONLY allow dogs at this property.

Regarding the 7 guest occupancy, we provide 2 queen and 1 king beds that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest.
