Phoenix 6 Unit #401...This newly renovated and beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA beachfront CORNER UNIT has beautiful views from two sides! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair, patio table with chairs plus 2 adirondack chairs! You'll love the new LVP flooring throughout the condo! And, new updated bathrooms with new fixtures, new counter tops, new walk-in shower etc. And the kitchen cabinets have been freshly painted white for that coastal look. The place is like brand new!

You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed (new mattress set),flat screen television and new LVP flooring await you in the master bedroom! There are two full sized beds (new mattress sets) in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed (new mattress) in the 3rd bedroom, and Smart televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use. New LVP flooring in all of the bedrooms as well and beautifully updated bathrooms!

We had issues with the water heater we fixed ourselves. Poor water pressure that we didn't expect. The location, the clean beach and access, the view, the condo itself were absolutely amazing. We would stay here again despite the warm water issues we had, we will just be better prepared. The furniture was clean and very comfortable. The private balcony view was fantastic, facing the beach...save your money on a dolphin adventure and just watch the water early in the morning! We loved how stocked the kitchen utensils and pans were as we were able to cook for several meals. The location is very close to a Publix and walmsrt market, several pharmacies, beach stores, and several great seafood restaurants without having to drive further than 15 minutes any direction. Super close to several site seeing attractions and family fun as well!Side note on the indoor Pool: heavily chlorinated, no one on property could stand it..it was making people sick. But thats not Ben's fault. We loved our trip and will definitely consider staying here again if orange beach is the destination.

We had to have a bedspread replaced because it had blood on it. Several of the electrical outlets did not hold the cord to charge something. Overall it was fine except for those issues.

Yes the neach view was amazing. My kids absolutely loved the pools. Both inside and out. My only complaint would be that a couple of times the chlorine in the indoor pool was super strong.

The condo had great space for our family of 5. We did have a couple issues like the shower not draining properly and the master door not closing but these were fixed quickly. Also, the condo entrance door needs to be pulled shut to shut completely; just mentioning for anyone with small children that may be able to open the door.

The property is incredibly well situated. Incredible views of the ocean and a quick walk to the water from the property. The layout of the property is perfect and our family of five was very comfortable the entire stay. You won’t be disappointed.

The view was perfect. The pools were perfect, the shallow kiddy pool was great for my toddler and baby. The parking was super easy, never had an issue with that. Check-in was easy.The kitchen could use some newer pots & pans. The fry pans had a lot of the non-stick surface flaking off. Thankfully we had packed one of our own because this is a common issue at VRBOs. Another minor issue was that that beds were incredibly noisy. Made it hard to put a baby to sleep then try to quietly get into bed without waking her up.Lastly, it could use a thorough cleaning. The HVAC vents were black in most of the rooms and my kids feet were black from running around without socks on. Overall, it wasn't filthy, but could use some elbow grease to get it cleaner.Overall, happy with the stay and the price point.

From the moment we walked in this rental was everything and more than what was described and pictured. The views are stunning, location was close to lots of activities, and the condo was super clean and set up nicely. We hope to be back someday!
