This place was very clean and well laid out. Very good binder with directions for almost everything. The location is just a couple blocks from the wharf but because it is tucked behind the main house it feels very private and hidden. Private parking enough for two vehicles. Its a block to a wonderful restaurant, Jack ONeils, we went twice! The hosts were very available but not intrusive. We would go back again.

This house is fantastic. You can't beat the location. You also have a large private outdoor space as well. The unit comes with quite a few beach items for your use as well as various surf items. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful place, close to the cliff walks, and boardwalk. Really excellent backyard that the kids loved running around in. Nice clean cozy space and great for our 4 person family (the kids shared a room). The owners were really accommodating and we will absolutely be back!

This was probably the best rental we ever stayed in SC, amazing location, super friendly hosts, super clean, great house, everything you can wish for.

The property was just about perfect....with the exception of the beds. I can't even begin to tell you how uncomfortable they were. So disappointing because everything else... location, layout, amenities...all perfect. We had a great time. I just hope the hosts update their mattresses and box springs.

The location was perfect, a 5-ish minute walk from the beach that was very doable even for our young kids. The house was as described. Not ideal for young kids given that it is a relatively small space and the loft has steep steps, but we were still able to make it work. The main downside for me was that, because the space is small, there was very little storage space, which made keeping the space organized a challenge.

Spring break/UCSC tour trip had us in Santa Cruz and we absolutely loved our stay here. The host was accommodating, friendly and responsive to a few questions. Listing is 100% accurate to what you'll find and was just what we needed for the 3 of us. Walkable to restaurants, bars, shops and cliff side ocean views. 10/10

Place was perfect!!! Had all the accommodations that made it feel like it was home away from home for a few nights!!! Centrally located to lots to do in Santa Cruz that was within walking distance. Place also had 2 bikes that my sons rode around which gave them some independence as teenagers like. Perfect spot for families! Will definitely keep this on the books for next time we visit the area!

Perfect beach holiday

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Nice to have the loft so the kids don’t have to share a room! 😀

Santa Cruz Vacation Rental

We loved it! The home is located walking distance to everything-1 block from the Beach Boardwalk. It was clean, comfortable, lovely and had everything we wanted. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great getaway

The house was very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, paddle boards, cruiser bikes and being able to walk to the beach. The owners were welcoming, professional and very responsive to any questions that we had. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Great vacation

We were so happy to all be together as a family!! Fit everyone perfectly.. Nice and cozy and close walking distance to everything. Hope to stay again if we're able to come to Santa Cruz again :-)

Great location!

We absolutely loved our stay. We did take little ones and there wasn't a bathtub but that's on me for not thinking that through. The location was great, the hosts were easy to work with, price was reasonable. It's a no brainer would easily stay here again.

Terrific House near the Beach

This was a terrific house two blocks from the beach in a very nice neighborhood. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable, and had a great yard with table and chairs, lounge chairs and benches. Quiet too. Alan and Brit (owners) were very nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again,

Nice mother/daughter time in a good location

My daughter and I enjoyed being so close to West Cliff Drive, for our long morning runs and walks, while also being only a 20-minute walk to downtown for restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The beds were very good. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive.

Great location

Stayed there for 3 weeks with my baby while husband was working in the area. Great location for walks along the coasts in the morning. Easy beach access. Beach gear was very useful (towels, chairs, umbrella). The host provided baby stuff which was very appreciated. Comfy beds, calm at night and fun backyard. Highly recommend!

Perfect place in Santa Cruz

This is the must cosy house i have ever used as a vacation home. Every thing was perfect. And the coffee that comes with the house are just amazing. We stayed her in the start of July-22. Miss this place Lars Erik

Great Casita!

Walking distance from wharf, Boardwalk and Natural Bridges Stare Park. Lovely small home that makes excellent use of their space. Great backyard with plenty of outside seating, fire pit and grill. Relaxing! Owner is very responsive but not invasive! Great experience!
