Located in Chicago’s Andersonville & Edgewater area.
Down the street from Loyola's campus and near great restaurants like Lonesome Rose, Lady Gregory, Big Jones, Anti Prima... the list goes on and on. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Jewel, and Devon Market.
Shopping and lakefront 5 -10 min plenty of parking if you're renting a car or driving. Although between Uber & Lyft you really don't need a car or conveniently located for a short ride to all the destinations & hot spots and it's a short walk to the red line train.
The three bedroom apartment is fully furnished, bright sunny, amazing layout and well appointed. Anything you could possibly need when traveling is here and in unit.
The 3 bedrooms have Tempur-pedic mattresses and for new clean pillows per bed. 2 firm pillows and 2 soft per bed.
The living room has a 85" 3D smart TV with netflix with and all the premium cable channels, so you can keep up with the latest episodes and rent any current release...
It includes a fully equipped kitchen.
Guest Access
You will have high speed internet -full use if the entire unit and backyard.
Interaction with Guests
I will be glad to help in whatever way I can provide tips on local restaurants and other attractions.
The Neighborhood is safe and quiet. It serves as an excellent balance between downtown shopping and all the amazing small Chicago neighborhoods.
House Rules-
We look forward to ensuring a great stay for you.
We ask that you be honest with how many guests will be staying in the unit- MAX is 6 people.
We do confirm amount of people staying in unit by ring camera .
No need to make beds your final day we strip beds and do a deep clean and disinfect between each guest. The property is clean and immaculate. that's what the cleaning fee is for. I don't expect guests to clean and strip beds and do all kinds of crazy stuff at the end of their vacation. I try to keep the day of check-in and the day of checkout open so that you can check in anytime and check out anytime with no stress. I don't like guests to feel rushed.

The neighborhood is very friendly very safe & conveniently located in the city of Chicago. Can be at the lakefront in less than 10 minutes. Could be downtown in 15 access to Andersonville in 5 min. ... I feel like it's the perfect location in the center of all the greatest neighborhoods. There's so many little neighborhoods in Chicago.
You can do the big tourist attractions or we can talk I can find out what you're interests are and make recommendations that only locals know about or you can mix the two.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
I think most people are surprised how well-maintained 120-year-old Building is and when you walk into the unit everyone says it looks better in person than it does in the photos. There is no bait and switch with pictures. It is very clean and very well-maintained. It's just a happy place... with an incredible layout,the building and the unit have a very happy warm feeling I would suggest reading all of our reviews. I would let the guests explain and describe what it's like..
