Your OBX adventure begins at this 1-bedroom apartment in Point harbor. The turn off for the property is right before the bridge so don't miss it! Step inside this cool space featuring a terrific view of the Albemarle Sound out your back door. Fishing and crabbing off our beautiful pier are some of the best. If you prefer to bring your boat, the launch is just minutes away. The beach, shopping and restaurants are just 3 miles away. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi, and AC during your stay. This is an efficiency downstairs apartment with no stove and limited cookware. We do offer a full-size refrigerator, micro, smoker and a grill for your convenience. Happy to welcome our fabulous guests to this cozy retreat. We look forward to hosting you at our place. We loved staying here on the sound where the wind blows most of the time. Our bed was great & tv gigantic. We would come to this place again.

Very nice little spot! Very cute, and clean, with a gorgeous view. Only about 5 minutes or so from kitty hawk, quick drive to the beach. The photos and description are accurate.

The pictures don't do it justice! If you're looking for a reasonably priced, quiet spot near OBX, this is your ticket. It's tucked away, off the beaten path. The room and amenities are very comfortable, with spectacular views of the sound. Plus, you're right across the bridge from the Outer Banks and all it has to offer. Communication with the host was 150%. She answered our questions and was very responsive. This stay was only a couple night for a last minte getaway, but we will be returning for longer next time. I can't recommend this spot enough!

Overall it was enjoyable, clean and a nice place away from the crowdedness of the beach cities. We didn't realize there wasn't a stove to cook food on but that was our fault. A couple of times this week we heard what I assume were the owners upstairs but we didn't actually see them. They were discrete and respected our space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. There was even some beach stuff in the closet that we could use. It was a good place to stay this week as we explored the Outer Banks.

We really loved staying here, it’s a beautiful spot on the water and not a far drive from the beach and the shops in duck. There’s only a kitchenette so we ended up eating out a lot. Great hosts and would stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Susan was so very attentive. Ideal for me and my husband. Exactly as represented in the listing. Clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for a couple.

Great location. Views from all windows. Easy to find and close to Outer Banks. Great place to relax! No stove so took things to mic. Will definitely use again if in area. Thanks for use!

Respit

It was a great get-away! We really enjoyed the stay. Susan was always prompt on her replies and very accurate on what we could expect. No stove or can opener so bring prepared food (this is clear from Susan's description). Also, there are tons of places to eat out. We are very pleased with our stay here.

Perfect get away spot

The listing is extremely accurate. Spotless and well appointed. The layout allows you to separate your bedroom from the living space. Parking right in front of your door.Great porch on front and back of the space. Everything you need for outdoor entertainment, including a fire pit, grill and a double set of gas burners on back patio area. We were not looking for a place that included a kitchen and this was perfect, there were certainly accommodations for cooking if you wanted. I would rate a 10 for us, as they say it is all in the details.

The property was perfect for a stay for our "Sister's Vacation"! My sister and I enjoyed the recliners in the evening after a day of sight seeing in the OBX area. It was also nice to sit right outside the door and see the water. Amazing place to stay for the price! Would stay here again if in the area!

We enjoyed being right on the water! The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was very close to the beach and restaurants, too! Highly recommended!
