Escape to this welcoming beach cottage located (upstairs unit only) in picturesque Fernandina Beach. This brilliant property features 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a twin bed and the other with a queen bed. With modern amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC, guests can relax and unwind. The 2 bathrooms offer a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. This beach cottage is located directly on the beach, just walk over the dunes and you will find yourself walking within minutes to the Ocean, we are in walking distance to local restaurant

Downstairs unit is available for rental it a 3 bedroom/2 bath- send inquiries For large family events rent entire house.

Very cute place right on the beach. Unit is a small 2 bedroom/2 bath and fit us perfectly. They do have a unit downstairs as well so you are not fully alone. Maria was very attentive to any questions I had. We loved the large deck. The house is tucked in with several other small homes as well.

While I appreciated the prompt response time with the owner regarding payment, changes etc. there were some issues. Never could get tv to live tv even after speaking with owner. Tried everything including her instructions to no avail. The deck space with view of ocean is stunning & good seating and spacious. The place needs some cosmetic work especially for the price being charged. Needs painting & some updating. No tv’s in bedrooms for relaxing quietly before bed. We also did experience mice droppings on the kitchen counter one morning. Good parking, a generally quiet, private area. You can definitely hear the ocean from the deck which is a definite plus. Thank you.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Charming Cottage. It was so cute and the outside deck provided an excellent view of the ocean. Also, the cottage was just steps away from the beach. We cannot wait to visit again!

This is a nice little duplex directly on the beach. The location is excellent in terms of being able to walk on the beach and be at a couple of restaurants in only like 50 yards. It’s also pretty much a straight shot over to downtown Fernandina Beach with all the shops and restaurants.It is quite small. I would find it very cramped to have 6 people stay in the duplex, but 4 would be just right.The deck is very big and very nice. Nothing like seeing and hearing the waves. You do have to share it with the downstairs unit, but that was empty during our stay. Also, the beach chairs and umbrella at the house are very old, so you need to plan to bring your own (though the house did have several boogie boards in good shape).We had a very pleasant week.

It was amazing! At 76. I'm not sure I have ever had a better time at the beach. The location, the furniture, walkability to restaurants were superb. Small enough for the 2 of us to enjoy and be together.
