New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.Located directly on the beach, this cottage offers a classic beach holiday with lovely ocean views throughout the entire house. An open layout features a full kitchen and an inviting living area with a smart TV - perfect for movie nights. Step out to the private deck and enjoy front-row ocean vistas. A gas grill and picnic table set the scene for cookouts at home.

Spend the day splashing in the ocean or relaxing on the soft sand. Or walk to nearby Middleton Park, where you'll find a neighborhood playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a soccer field, and a picnic shelter. Southport is within a short drive, and Bald Head Island is a quick ferry ride away.

Great location. It was just a few feet from the beach. Great views from the balcony.Very close to all required amenities, such as restaurants, coffe shop, groceries etc.Overall, a great property at a great location. It's a little bit old but well maintained.Will come back again, if there is a need.

Great little getaway!

Being right on the beach was amazing! Kitchen was very very nice! The updates to the home were great and it was very convenient to have laundry available. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Trip

Turtle Time exceeded our expectations for our family vacation! The house was comfortable and located in a great spot for access to the ocean as well as activities with a short walk or drive. We were thankful for the well-stocked kitchen supplies so we could make some easy meals at home after time on the beach. Thank you for a beautiful stay! We can't wait to return!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family vacation at Turtle Time on Oak Island was better than we could have imagined! We were so thankful for the comfortable home and ideal location for beach and town activities! The home is just as you see in the listing photos but the sound of the waves and ocean breeze while you sit on the back porch made it better than we could have ever imagined. We hope to visit again very soon!

Great time

We had a mom’s weekend away and the place was great for what we needed. Loved the location and walkability to the beach. The house could have been cleaned better, the code to the front door was really long and the ice maker was frozen solid so we couldn’t get ice from it. Would love to come back.

Great beach cottage!

Such a great beach place! It was perfect for our family. It was super clean, easy ocean access, the deck is new, furniture is nice and beds comfortable! Recommend to anyone unless you need a new/gourmet kitchen. I’m already looking at when we can go back and rent Turtle Time again!

The best place I ever stayed

I have been coming to Oak Island and Holden Beach for years now, and this is easily the loveliest place I'd stayed at. There were little things here and there that could be fixed, but all in all, the house was great beautiful, right on the beach, close to the grocery stores. Definitely a favorite.
