Riverfront condos within walking distance to all downtown attractions. Walking distance to Titans Stadium, Nashville Sounds Baseball, Predators, Bridgestone Arena, restaurants , honky tonks and shopping.

Condo is on the bottom floor, no elevators or steps.

Very nice, clean condo.

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. The condo was clean and very nice. It has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The location is safe and secure and a short 15 min walk to all the downtown bars. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

Owners were perfect! Kim (the friend who cleaned) was super fun and accomodating! The condo was in the perfect location for walking and uber. Will definitely come back!!!

Wonderful, cool place!

Kimberly's place exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful, cool place to walk into. It was clean, neat, and very comfortable. It was within easy walking distance of all the sites and restaurants we visited except the Grand Ole Opry, which is way out. The complimentary coffee was a real perk. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

Very nice!!

We had a great time in Nashville and the condo was a big part of it! Very convenient and clean. The bed was very comfortable!! Only a 12-15 minute walk to Broadway. Easy Uber ride back to the condo. Very nicely decorated and the owner is very nice.

Perfect Location and Perfect HOST - Amazing views

This was a perfect vacation....Perfect location and Kimberly provided everything we needed for our stay! We walked downtown everyday. It was a 10 min walk to downtown. The river was amazing. We watched the boats go by while drinking our coffee in the morning on the patio. 5 star experience all the way around!

Amazing CMA Fest stay!

We had a great time in Kim's home for the week of CMA fest. Short walk down to the riverfront and downtown, and a nice pool to relax in during the day! Can't wait to go back!!

The condo is so cute!

The condo was great for me and my husband! It was located conveniently to broadway. Even when we Ubered it was only $5.45! The owner, Kimberly is super sweet and available for any questions. I would highly recommend this place! We will be back soon!

Excellent!

We loved everything about the property. Nicely furnished, good view of the river, conveniently located and quiet. We especially liked the canopied parking lot as we arrived and unloaded while it rained. Kimberly responded quickly to our few requests. If you plan to prepare meals, she thoughtfully provides often forgotten condiments. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Nashville!

We had a great time in Nashville. The condo is clean and comfortable. The river is a nice view with an occasional tugboat passing by. We enjoyed walking downtown as well as the Grand Ole Opry tour, Antique Archaeology(American Pickers), and a road trip to the Jack Daniels Distillery. Thanks again!

Couldn't have been more perfect!

This property could not have been more perfect for what we needed. It was $5 uber rides away from anywhere you wanted to go in the city, and it was conveniently spacious. The owner was the nicest she could have been and accommodated to our needs better than we could have asked. What an awesome property, hopefully this is still up when we want to return! Thank you again!

Accessible stay to downtown Nasville

Clean, comfortable ,good location. We attended 2 events at the Bridgestone Arena..about a 20 minute walk. Enjoyed the activity on the river at the back door.

Fantastic Place!

Our stay was wonderful...we loved the condo! So nicely decorated, great location, and pretty view of the river. Kimberly was so helpful in her recommendations which helped to make our first time in Nashville memorable. We will be back and would definitely rent this condo again and again!

Great Location and setting in Nashville!

We recently stayed at this condo for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to town and the Titans stadium. Very close to the farmers market!! Kimberly was very helpful with suggestions. Would definitely recommend this Condo. It was clean with all the necessary amenities and in the perfect location.

GREAT hotel alternative

First time not doing a hotel in Nashville and I may never go back due to the cost savings and amenities. Reasonable 20 minute walk or cheap uber ride to Broadway. We never did cook our own meals but having the option was great and the place was exactly as it looked, super clean and easy check in/check out process. Highly recommend it to anyone not wanting to pay the downtown Nashville hotel prices.

Great location, nice condo

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and stayed at Kimberly's condo. The place was very nice and was exactly what we were expecting based on the photos. The best part about this place - the location. We were so close to most of the sights/attractions we wanted to visit including only a 0.9 mile walk down the river to Broadway (honky tonk bars / live music). Kimberly was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location - Great Time for Girls weekend

We came down to celebrate a 30th birthday and this location was perfect. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was awesome on the hot summer days! Downtown/Broadway is a quick uber cab ride away. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others!

Relaxing River View

Great location and comfortable amenities made our stay very enjoyable. East Nashville, Vanderbilt, the Gulch, and Downtown/Broadway are just a few minutes drive. It was extremely hot during our stay and we enjoyed using the pool. Kimberly was helpful and attentive. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends.
