Newly Remodeled Pierpont Beach Bungalow just a Short Walk to the Sand

Located only 10 houses from the sand, this recently remodeled, single-story beach bungalow has all the amenities for your relaxing vacation. Surrounded by a private garden and privacy fence on a quiet family-oriented beach lane, this classic beach house has a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemaker, small appliances and filtered drinking water.

The single-story open floor plan, skylights and white-washed hardwood floors create a light-and-airy, peaceful atmosphere. The combination living room/dining room/office has plenty of seating with an HD smart TV serviced by Cable. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. This bedroom is served by an adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo. High speed WiFi is available throughout. The property has a 2-car carport and additional street parking in front of the house.

Step out onto the private deck to relax in the sun and enjoy the panoramic mountain views and peek-a-boo view of the beach. The main deck is equipped with a fire pit, 4-chair patio set, umbrella, and various comfy chairs. The private back patio next to the kitchen has a gas BBQ and bistro table with chairs. The hot-and-cold outdoor shower is just steps away from the outside entrance into the 1/2 bath and laundry room, perfect for quick beach-to-house access without tracking sand.

The property is not only within walking distance of the beautiful beach, but also to the quaint Pierpont shopping area offering dining, drinks, and yogurt, surf, and coffee shops. The shopping center just a few blocks away offers a large Vons supermarket, Donut shop, Starbucks, bike shop, running shop, laundry mat, etc. Walking and biking trails are available nearby, and don't miss the amazing sunsets and views of the Islands from the beach!

Lovely Beach Retreat.

Perfect weekend stay. The house was cute, in a great location, and newly remodeled. Laura the owner allowed is to arrive a little early and we enjoyed every minute. Many extras were there including a pack and play for my grandson, many supplies beyond the Verbo norm, even cruiser bikes which we didn't use this time but may next time. I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood too.

Great home in perfect location!

This is our second stay and we would love to return. The home is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It has everything you need for a small family. The house is close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. We loved the hot/cold outdoor shower after getting chilly and sandy at the beach. The owner keeps the house stocked with lots of shampoo and conditioner and even some extras like condiments! The ownder is very nice and responsive to requests.

Beach Bungalow in Pierpont Beach

The bungalow was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was recently renovated. The bungalow was about 3 miles to the Channel Island National Park Visitor Center. We were able to just walk down the road to the beach to watch the sunset…beautiful

Cool property that is well maintained and within a block of the beach . 5-10 min walks to groceries , restaurants, pubs etc . Definitely worth a trip !

Pierpont Beach bungalow

The bungalow was perfect for our son's wedding weekend. The bungalow was spacious, clean and a perfect location to accommodate our needs. It was a huge plus for us that it was dog friendly, has private parking and walking distance to the beach. We truly had a wonderful time and highly recommend the bungalow to other visitors!

Beautiful Beach Property

We stayed at Laura’s beach house while we were in town for the Ventura marathon. The house was clean, well-stocked with kitchen items and outdoor chairs, and so close to the beach. The fire pit was an added plus for making s’mores one night. Neighborhood was quiet at night and within walking distance to several local restaurants, which we ate at. Definitely would stay there again and communication with Laura was quick and easy.

Beach House Sanctuary

Laura is the hostess with the mostess. Thoughtful, kind, and the listing is devine- calm colors, serene (nearly) beachfront property next to a darling elementary school where kids have PE on the sand! Sunset beach walks were the best - even with the winter breeze. We also enjoyed the nearby thrifting opportunities (Main Street), the yogurt shop (walkable), and a short drive (30 min) day trip to visit friends in Santa Barbara.

Perfect Family Beach House

Fantastic stay! The owner had excellent communication, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Early Christmas Celebration Weekend

For the past 6 years, I rent a Ventura beach house for an early family Christmas weekend. Family from Solvang to San Diego meet up with our Ventura family members to celebrate and enjoy time together. This was the first time we rented the Beach Bungalow. It was exceptional! Although a little further from the beach than other stays, it was perfect! Clean, nice decor and outdoor deck and seating, comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, condiments, etc. The hostess was super communicative and accommodating. No stress. Full fun! We'd love to return next year.

Exceptional Property with a Wonderful Location

Very comfortable indoor and outdoor living. Very clean, newly remodeled, and promotes a relaxing environment. Very well stocked, even 2 sets of dishes! You could tell the owner wanted you to have a good experience. The location was perfect, within a block of the beach. If you are going to the channel islands, the marina is a 8 min drive. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Beautiful weekend at the beach

We had a beautiful three day weekend at the beach. Laura’s vacation rental is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want to enjoy your time at the beach. It was easy for our daily walk on the beach and enjoying evening sunsets. In addition, it is very close to activities in the Ventura area.

Great Beach House in Ventura

Everything was Perfect with the house, location and attention from the Owner/Property Manager. We plan on coming back next year to enjoy more of the Beach and Summer activities. This House was a 10 out of 10!!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay in Laura's beach bungalow. Everything was exactly as described and Laura was a very gracious host. The bungalow was close to the baby shower we were attending (10 minute drive), just a short walk to the beach and centrally located near groceries, restaurants, and breweries. The highlight of the trip was my 3 year old granddaughter squealing with joy and doing the happy dance when she discovered the sand toys in the shed! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay near the beach

Home is very well kept and extremely clean. Laura was very attentive and was always just a text or phone call away. People in the neighborhood were also very friendly. The house has everything you need for a getaway! The private outdoor shower was definitely a treat!

Great place to catch up with family

My sister lives in the area and we enjoyed this place to collect. We didn’t do this for the beach access but it is a prime location. The host was thorough, communicative, and explained the need for a short second step to complete for booking. We could socialize on the lovely patio and had all that was needed to share dinner together. Would book again!

Originally from from the east coast, my husband and I are 3-decades long residents of Ventura. We are small business owners, my husband focusing on Jersey Mike's Subs stores while I manage the beach rental. We live less than 2 miles from Pierpont.

We originally bought and remodeled this house for my elderly father's use as as second home. When his travel became limited, we decided to offer the home as a Short-Term Rentals so it is still available to him when needed. The single-story floor plan and amenities such as covered parking, decks and easy access made this a great home for people of all ages.

Guests love its comfortable and cozy feel, while being so convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, biking, etc. Many guests have made this home their annual retreat. Everything is well stocked, particularly the kitchen, to ensure you have a relaxing and fun stay!
