This home is absolutely amazing!!! Family of 5 had plenty of space and the gameroom garage was so much fun even our teens liked it . Definitely recommend if your planning a Colorado trip!!

We loved this property! It had a great yard and so many activities for kids and families! We loved the location as well near so many attractions and restaurants, like Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and the Ivywild School! It fit our family of 10 nicely.

We appreciated Jacquie and her team's attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and care put into making sure our stay was perfect. The property was a perfect week retreat while we were in town for an event. We enjoyed the property, including the outside dining areas. I would highly recommend considering this property if you are in the area.

We stayed at this listing with our family of six (2 adults, 4 children ages 2-10) for six days. The hosts were exceptional and responsive; the kids had a fantastic time particularly with the game room, full size chess, foosball table, and kids room full of books and board games. The neighborhood is lovely, the kids enjoyed being next to the creek, and the location cannot be beat in terms of centrality to all activities and locations in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Outstanding!!

The house was just as described and close to grocery store and lots of restaurants. It was clean and stocked with the basics to start (and last) our stay. House is older with lots of character and charm but the stairs were quite steep and slanted ceilings in the bedrooms upstairs. I think this added to the charm but if you weren’t careful you could have hit your head a few times.

Our stay at this beautiful creekside oasis was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention the owners put into the property. Everything was impeccably maintained and they went above and beyond with amenities. The peaceful backyard by the creek made it the perfect place to relax while still being conveniently located to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home throughout our stay.This was truly a fantastic vacation rental, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a lovely, comfortable, and exceptionally well-kept place to stay in Colorado Springs, this is it. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect little cottage in a great location with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. There are even lots of walkable restaurants and easy access to any store you could need. The host was amazing with easy and quick communication and so many special extra details that made our trip so special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed making use of every space in the house beautifully. And don’t let the lack of central air scare you away! The window units in every room more than cover the need and had us perfectly comfortable day and night. We can’t wait to come back, and we highly recommend this incredible house!

We had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful with lots of charm and stocked with everything you could need. Our kids had a great time with all the games available. Jaquie was an exceptional host! We could most definitely stay here again.

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Colorado home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to nature, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the stunning views and the thoughtful touches throughout the house.
