Colleen (owner) is the best. Always available and responds quickly. We have rented on the beach in IRB for years and she is the best we have dealt with. Condo is immaculate and well appointed. Great balcony and beach views.

Amazing location and owner!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo unit. We have been coming to the area for the past four years and this has been our favorite unit yet. It was very clean, within walking distance to ice cream shops and restaurants, and the beach and unit were beautiful. We would definitely rent here again!

Relaxing with all the needed amenities

The family and I had a great time. Right on the beach and a great view of the ocean. A couple challenges during our stay with the unit that the property owner was right on top of… would definitely go back!

Beautiful View!

The condo had a view of the Gulf that couldn’t be beat! Close to the beach dining area as well. Working with the hostess was great-she was very responsive to all questions before and during the stay. Look forward to coming back! Thank you Colleen!

Pelican cove paradise

We have been coming to Indian Rocks beach for six years and found this Pelican's Cove condo to be the perfect retreat. Very well decorated, clean, and the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom cannot be beat. Walking distance to restaurants and of course the 100+ flavor ice cream parlor. Highly recommend!

A beautiful view every morning.

The building is older, but pretty well-kept. The pool is unheated, so chilly, but you can’t beat the proximity to and view of the beautiful beach. The condo is very well equipped and the owner is very responsive.

Fabulous

The condo was just the right size for 3 adults. The view was beautiful…didn’t want to leave the balcony. The condo was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials, the appliances were in like new condition, the condo was clean, and It was conveniently close to IRB amenities.

Perfect

We have enjoyed staying in IRB for several years. This was, by far, the best stay yet. The condo was clean, beautifully appointed and so welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better location-view and access to restaurants, golf courses etc. Can’t say enough about Colleen. So accommodating and quick to respond any time we contacted her. I would give this listing a 10.

Ah-mazing sunsets

Me and my family had a great vacation. Colleen has everything you could need m to start your vacation with. We had a lil hiccup with the cleaner but Colleen was on it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

The most relaxing vacation we have ever had!!

This condo is the perfect place to enjoy the beach, listen to the ocean and watch the sunsets. The interior is well appointed- new appliances, great cookware and dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable. Pelicans Cove is a small complex and everyone was so pleasant. Colleen is a delightful and responsive host. We are sad we can’t go back next year but have already booked a return stay in 2024

Gulf paradise

Colleen’s property has an amazing view of the gulf that we enjoyed immensely. Her condo is well stocked with everything you could need, we especially appreciated the washer and dryer. We are hoping to come back next year and stay in the same condo.

No complaints

This was our 4th trip to Indian Rocks and our 1st stay at Pelican's Cove. We had a great vacation despite hurricane Elsa and a little red tide. Colleen was easy to reach and made sure we were comfortable riding out the storm.

Fabulous Vacation

The condo was as advertised. It looks like it was recently upgraded with new floors and new furniture. Colleen the property manager was great and responsive to a problem we encountered when we needed a new toaster by having one delivered within ten hours. One of the side benefits was the convenient beach closet in the garage which held our beach furniture which also fully stock with additional equipment. To summarize it was a great place to stay, great property manager and a great area. Look forward to enjoying this place on the near future.
