Calme 55 ans et plus communautĂ© situĂ©e Ă  Bradenton, en Floride. Pour rĂ©server cette propriĂ©tĂ©, au moins une personne doit ĂȘtre ĂągĂ©e de 55 ans ou plus.

Nouvellement construit avec tous les nouveaux meubles en février 2017! 1 chambre (Queen), 1 salle de bain, canapé-lit queen avec matelas en mousse amélioré dans le salon. Livré avec draps, serviettes, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, micro-ondes et cùble. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour de bonnes vacances. Profitez des belles plages de Sarasota et Bradenton en Floride pour un prix raisonnable.

La plage du Lido et l'ßle Anna Marie sont toutes deux à moins de 16 km. L'aéroport de Sarasota est à 3,5 km.

Veuillez noter: Pour utiliser la piscine et les autres équipements communautaires, vous devez vous inscrire auprÚs de l'association. Au moment de l'inscription, vous serez facturé 125 $ et recevrez un fob qui vous donnera accÚs à la piscine et à d'autres parties de la communauté. Great location!

This property is centrally located near shopping, Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, dining out and the Sarasota airport. A 10 minute walk or 2 minutes drive will get you to a prime spot to watch the sunset in the neighborhood across the street.

Home sweet home away

We stayed here during our transition to Florida. The place was spotless and had everything we needed! John the owner and Rick the property manager were easy to work with! We enjoyed morning walks to the park and to the marina where we saw manatees everyday! Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Great idea

This was a successful experiment for us. We wondered what it would be like to stay in a 55+ trailer community. My thoughts are that it's safe. It's clean. It's low cost. It's like new. You do have to drive almost everywhere to do something. But everything is fairly close. A couple of very nice places to walk are: John and Mable Ringling Rose Garden Sapphire Shores park

Better Than a Hotel

Great place to stay. Planned to stay in a hotel which may have been a little closer to some things. . . but, this worked so much better and allowed us do more. We loved it! So clean! Plan that you will be driving to things but not a problem. Lots of rain in the afternoons and it was so nice to come back to the Cozy Cottage . . . it truly lived up to its name.

Clean and comfortable

This place is in a very quiet area of the park . It was clean and comfortable for two people. Rick the property manager lives in the Park and he is there promptly when you need a question answered or need him to look at something that need attention. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again

Great hosts!

The accommodations were excellent and the hosts were very quick to respond and meet the need. Would highly recommend renting from John and Rick! Even had a bowl of fruits on the counter for us to enjoy!

Unforeseen vacation

Very pleased with the property, perfect for two people. Location of rental was in a perfect quiet area. If we went back to Florida we would very much enjoy staying at this property. My only suggestion to the owner is a table lamp in the living room area. Sadly we left early because of the virus. Restaurants, movies, attractions the list could continue.; If we could of stayed it would of been an enjoyable month.
