Notre condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances à la plage ... Y compris le service GRATUIT de chaise de plage et parasol. Nous avons un très grand lit dans le maître avec un canapé-lit dans le salon. Master bain a une douche carrelée personnalisée et la salle de bain # 2 a également une douche. Cuisine complète et salle à manger, laveuse sécheuse et un balcon de très belle taille!

Pelican Walk est un établissement impeccablement entretenu, doté de DEUX piscines devant le golfe, d'un bain à remous, de courts de tennis, de racquetball, de jeux de palets et d'une salle de club récemment rénovée, avec table de billard et écran plat HDTV. Attenant au Club Room, il y a une cuisine complète et une salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 24 personnes. Lieu de rassemblement idéal pour les familles!

Loves the view

It was a very nice property. I loved that they include a free umbrella and chairs. The couch is dips a lot and could be replaced but other than that the place was wonderful. We will be back.

Great condo,Great location for our family.

We were there at a great time,the crowds were down and weather was great. The pelican walk is a great place to go for vacation. The only problem be it very minor was our kitchen light was out all week. Reported it was not fixed. Score is actually a 4.75 would definitely recommend this condo. We will go back.

Thank you so much for the great review! I apologize for the delay in replacing the kitchen bulb. I spoke with maintenance and they have replaced the bulb. It appears they had to order the fluorescent bulb specific to the type of light in the kitchen, resulting in the delay. We look forward to having you as a guest again in the future!

We loved the view and the location. There was loud construction near and neighbors were very loud in addition. The TV in the bedroom was TINY, too small to view from the bed; neither TV had the ability to connect to wifi. We went out and purchased a Roku box because there were several rainy days during our stay. The bathroom shower off the hall is not large enough for an adult over 5' to comfortably shower. The shower head was old and rusty and not handheld witch would have helped. The mattress on the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Some simple things like not having a pot holder was a challenge; one slot of the toaster did not eject; tissue paper stand is rusty as well as shower caddy which came off on skin and washcloths; lots of dishes were put away dirty so each item has to be inspected and/or washed prior to eating; entry door needs to be replaced or at least weather stripping put on there was a whistle of wind continually and lastly the overhead fan in living room did not work at all. I hope this is helpful. I do want to say we enjoyed our stay and had some nice family bonding time. Thank you, Connie

The condo units kitchen, living room and deck were very nice. The two bathrooms and bedroom were outdated and in poor condition, most of the dresser drawers were broken, bedding was old, walls and baseboards were banged up, the guest bathroom shower door was missing and replaced with a basic show curtain. Would rent again at the Pelican Walk but not this condo.

Wonderful vacation at Pelican Walk

Our stay was fantastic. The facility was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The office was very helpful, as were the maintenance men. All in all, it was terrific and very enjoyable. Just to mention, I cannot give the facility the credit for the wonderful view of the gulf. Thank you. We will stay again.
