Ce 1 BR, 1 BA a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© avec amour et se trouve Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  pied de la baie, oĂč vous pourrez voir des dauphins gambader dans l'eau - l'endroit idĂ©al pour pĂȘcher, faire du kayak ou regarder le coucher du soleil, ou tout simplement pour laissez vos enfants jouer sur l'aire de jeux situĂ©e au bord de l'eau.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec un grand matelas (trÚs confortable!), une grande télévision murale à écran plat et une grande salle de bain principale.

La maison peut accueillir confortablement 1 Ă  2 personnes. Vous trouverez Ă©galement une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur si vous en avez besoin pour laver ces vĂȘtements de plage!

À seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied, vous pouvez explorer la baie, avec une vue sur l'historique Ca’D’Zan (rĂ©sidence John Ringling des annĂ©es 1920 et dĂ©cor du film Great Expectations avec Ethan Hawke et Gwyneth Paltrow)!

Short but Very Pleasant

We stayed only night as a stop to meet up with the rest of our family for vacation. The host was friendly and very responsive with texts to inform us throughout the stay. The amenities were nice and the cottage was very nice.

Clean home and well provisioned. Within walking distance of bay and some attractions we wanted to see. The grounds were a bit unkempt so first impression was not the best.

Close by Ringling

We were in town for an event at the Ringling museum. The place was very convenient and comfortable. Good directions from owner and when we had an issue with missing coffee maker, she corrected right away.

Anniversary getaway

The properly was clean and easy to find, For a couple or a small size family, this home is perfect, nice privacy and it's got all the basic needs. The only reason I gave a 4 Star in cleanliness is because we found small pieces of shells on the bed. I would definitely recommend this place.

stayed for business... very charming space to come back to after working.... all is as described... very clean..king bed is very comfortable... the screened patio is great for a relaxing evening... sarah the propoerty mgr replies immediately and is lovely to deal with....will certainly return!

Great location in a quiet neighbor

This cottage was located in a old beautiful quiet neighborhood. We spend one afternoon walking around the area checking out the old homes and the new construction along the water. Location 3 blocks from Ringling Museums. The bed and AC were good. We did not cook, made nachos once, however the kitchen items were limited and old.. Did make coffee each morning Very slow internet and it kept going off. No regular TV. They could use a nightlight in the bathroom, luckily I travel with one.

Cozy cottage, great location in quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for walking to the bay or driving to the wonderful restaurants in Sarasota! Easy drive to Siesta Key beach. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. Jessica replaced an item that was missing within 15 minutes and when we had to adjust our vacation dates, Jessica was very helpful and accommodating.

Quiet, Historic Location

We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood as our home away from home. We entered the cottage through the side yard shared by our hosts and 2 family dogs. It is within walking distance to the Ringling complex with easy access to University Parkway and Tamiami Trail (Highway 41). Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We appreciated the king bed, washer and dryer, and screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage

We loved our visit to Saratoga and the delightful cute cottage we rented. The location was perfect. We enjoyed a day at the beach, a visit to the Ringling museum, and lots of fabulous food. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Peaceful respite

I had a very peaceful and quiet respite at the property. A nice park with benches is just a short walk to the West with a view of the bay. I was worried with the Airport so close that I might hear planes all night, but I didn't hear any during my time there.

This is a great and private, extra large lot with beautiful tropical foliage. The neighborhood is a great neighborhood; quiet and safe. The Bay is just a short 5-minute walk. There you can fish, or watch the sunrise or sunset. We can also easily walk to the Ringling Museum, Ca'D'Zan (John Ringling Home), Asolo theater, and more!
