Location was incredible. It was only about a quarter mile from the beach, and about 7 minutes from the grocery store. It only took us 10 minutes to get to our cruise port. We had an amazing time. Only had 1 question during our stay but the host was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!Additional note, this place is located maybe 200 yards from a police station and fire department for those that have that in mind when traveling

Very nice kitchen and bathroom! Bed was a little too soft for me and my husband. Very nice walkable area for your dog. Easy access to most things in the area.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is nice and clean. Only issue was the adjoining wall is thin…on the final night a group checked into the adjoining rental and stayed up well past midnight yelling and singing, which was less than pleasant considering I had to wake up for work and it disturbed my dog.

Hi Lea, thank you for your response. If you had issues with the neighbor we were unaware of such a thing and our noise monitoring did not show any issues either. Unfortunately you did not contact us (no message or call) so there is nothing we could have done to talk to the neighbors to be more considerate which I'm sure would have not been an issue if there was one.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything needed for me to cook with was available. Hopefully this property will be available in October when I return. I didn’t realize I had neighbors until they checked out. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Excellent for me and my 2 kids!

As a single mom, vacations are hard to come by. This was a beautiful home that was very affordable, had everything we needed, and the best part was the outdoor shower to limit the sand coming in the home! Very easy access too! Loved it!

Cheerful and Clean

We spent a few days with our teens at this location. Nice place, and Alexander was very helpful and prompt when we had questions. We always value cleanliness when traveling, and this place met our expectations. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was not over crowded at all! And we rode bikes to Ron Jon’s. Another highlight was watching a rocket launch from the beach! Nice place!

Nice cozy unit. Lots of space in main room. Kitchen adequate but if wanting to use oven,might need to bring a baking dish. Unit connected to another unit and sounds do come thru theconnecting

Fantastic!

We were initially blown away by how updated and large this place was! It was larger than anticipated and more updated then the pictures showed which felt like a nice upgrade. We had zero complaints. It was so clean. Everything worked great. The inside temp was so comfortable after a hot day on the beach and it felt like such a safe stay. All of the complimentary beach equipment was also a very nice plus. We had a damaged umbrella and Alex brought by a new one within 30 minutes of letting him know. We will definitely be staying again!

We were looking for a small place for the two of us, after a cruise. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return next winter. We had a couple questions and received almost immediate response from the owner. We were very pleased.

Cute studio 10 minute walk to beach

Check in directions clear and easy to follow. Location is great if you want to catch a launch it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is nice with a full size electric range and dishwasher. Comfy bed and nicer towels. The pots and pans were sparse and heavily scratched. There is a nice outdoor table for eating outside. You can walk about 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach Pier restaurants. Missing from the supplies were a spatula and tongs-probably why pans are scratched. The fridge is not connected to water, so no ice is made, and there were no ice trays.

We're sorry you had an issue with the refrigerator but it is definitely connected and making ice. A simple message and we would have probably been able to help. Our supplies are distributed and tongs and spatula are there as well. Sorry you couldn't find them.

Gorgeous and comfortable property with everything you need

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only frustration was a lack of parking for a guest. The ad was clear that there was only 1 parking spot in the driveway, but I didn't realize there was no street parking or any place close for a guest to park. Other than that 1 inconvenience, I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Hi Heather, thanks so much for staying with us! We mentioned in the listing that there is a big public parking just one block (2min) down the road at the library that usually mitigates any parking issues. Cape Canaveral is unfortunately very small and space is limited especially for parking! Have a safe trip back!

Cape Canaveral stay

Overall I really loved this property. The location was ideal, the neighborhood watch was always circulating to make sure we were safe, and the cleanliness was superb. The fact that this property already had a wagon, umbrella, and cooler for our convenience was a game changer. My only critique was the walls are very thin & there is another rental on the other side of the wall. Basically, you could hear everything going on next door.
