House has 4 beds, smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, gas grill, Keurig coffee machine and French press along with a fully stocked kitchen.

Booking also includes the use of two 2021 beach bikes, a soft top surfboard, and a full assortment of quality beach gear including 3 boogie boards, a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, and a wagon to get it to the sand with ease.

Property was as nice as shown in the listing, very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of ceiling fans with variable speed remotes, which really helped us stay very comfortable despite the heat and huminity. Very well furnished with plenty of tables and living room seating. Very close to the beach

Home is exactly as pictured, very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Close to everything. Parking is tight as described in other reviews but manageable. Will book again next year if it’s available.

Best Bungalow in Cocoa Beach

We travel to the east coast twice a year and the bungalow is the only place we’ll stay at…year after year!

Perfect Beach Spot

We had the best time staying here. It's a block from the beach and the place is super cozy. Lots of ourdoor space and washer and dryer. We rented a crib and high chair from babyquip and the owners were very accommodating to work with them on delivering before we arrived. Would recommend if you're in Cocoa Beach!

Cute Beach House with Great Location

The house was perfect for adults and two kids. Clean and cozy. Loved the sitting area outside for morning coffee, reading and outdoor meals. Great lounging and gym area in back as well with well manicured yard. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and wagon to carry everything the short walk to the beach was super appreciated. The beach that’s accessed a block away was perfect!Also, a short walk to restaurants and downtown - made it multiple times. And, a quick drive for a day trip to Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge (saw alligators, wild boar, lots of cool birds), and Kennedy Space Center. We’ll be back!

Great beachy get away

It was a perfect location: close enough to walk to the beach and just far enough from the crowds. The house was stunningly beautiful, though the couch and master bed were not as comfy as they looked. Everything was clean, except for the bra that was left in our 11 year old sons bed…which then made us question if the sheets on that bed were clean.

Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. My family enjoyed using the gym, bikes, and outdoor seating. Right around the corner from a nice, uncrowded beach. We would definitely return!

The house was charming and incredibly comfortable. It was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for both grilling outdoors and cooking inside. We truly enjoyed our stay!

A Must!

We travel to Florida several times a year and this is our go to place! We can imagine staying anywhere else and at times schedule our trip around availability. A charming bungalow, a very private backyard, with no hotels/large condo complexes near by the beach (with easy access) is uncrowded and downtown Cocoa Beach is an easy bike ride away (bikes are included) but one can walk as well. The hosts are very thoughtful, quick to respond to any question and resolve any issue. Enjoy!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was perfect! So beautifully decorated and clean that it felt very relaxing and welcoming. We loved the short walk to the beach as well as the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella provided by the host. The little gym was perfect for morning workouts. The complimentary wine was the cherry on top! Highly recommend!

Would stay here again

We loved this house. Great location, and so many little things that we appreciated. The gym was amazing- my teens and I used it. My son used the bike and biked to the beach with the surfboard. We used the beach chairs and umbrella, and the keurig. Lots of towels. We used the outside shower and the laundry. Really the property was a 10.

A repeatable stay!

We come back every year, sometimes twice, and this is the only we will rent. Bungalow is as charming as it shows in the pictures, also always clean and well stocked. Host has treats for the guest including wine! Host is very responsive for any inquiries or questions. The bungalow is in walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach, however we enjoy taking advantage of the provided beach bikes to tool around in. Backyard is very private.

Good times

I enjoyed my stay at this amazing property. It is walking distance to the beach, very clean and comfortable. My teen kids really enjoyed it. I will definitely visit again and also recommend this to other friends and family.

Good place for a short stay

The place was immaculately clean. My only issues where, 1. trying to get out of the driveway, (Backwards) make sure you back into the driveway as its a one way street and the cars are really moving. 2. The front door sticks, it took me several times to figure out why the lock wouldn't disengage, but you need to PUSH the door for it to unlock. Beds were comfortable and its in a nice quiet area. We would stay here again......

Great Winter Stay

This little cottage was more than enough for my husband & myself. It was more beautiful & comfortable than the pictures showed. The personal touch the owners gave this place was a real class act. They were in touch with us at check & check out showing their appreciation & to to assure all was well (& it wasn't just well ~ it was perfect!), We had access to them any time we needed but we did not ~ as I said ~ everything was perfect. This place is perfect for families with enough inside & outside space, fenced in yard & more. The ocean is just a short walk & everything needed for the beach was right there. The cottage was very well stocked with all you would need for any length of stay. We just loved our month there!

So close to the beach, but not too close to town

We liked this stay a lot because the location was quiet (not too close to town, not too far away) and close to the beach. The house has everything you need, plus some beach toys, chairs, and even a wagon to help you get out to the sand.

Beachside Bungalow has a very special place in my heart as I learned to surf on this very beach 13 years ago! Only one block away you will find a quiet dog-friendly beach with solid surf and lots of open sand.

Located in the non-commercialized area of Cocoa Beach, you will be able to walk (or bike) to many local gems including restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, and boutiques for the full local experience!
