Situé au 2ème étage, le 1909 South Beach Club offre une vue imprenable sur le Calibogue Sound. Cette villa de 3 chambres et 2,5 salles de bains est joliment décorée dans des tons lumineux et plages et offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances à la plage. Le salon donne sur South Beach et le Calibogue Sound. Le salon est équipé d'un wet-bar, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD. Profitez de la vue paradisiaque depuis le balcon privé. Détendez-vous sur les chaises berçantes ou dîner avec une vue à la table pour jusqu'à 4 personnes. Qui coule du salon est la salle à manger avec table et chaises pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Adjacent est la cuisine spacieuse qui a une table de petit déjeuner pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et accède à un autre balcon.

Great location

My family had a great week in Hilton Head at this condo. The location was perfect. It was nice being able to walk over to the Salty Dog Cafe and General store. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the view and location. Plenty of room and accessories available. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Weather was fantastic and loved riding bikes and walking to the Salty dog.The coffee pot was broke and the kitchen needed updating, but had a fantastic time on the Island!

Great Location and View!

This condo has a great location with a beautiful view! We would stay here again. Living area is very spacious. Loved the balcony that has a view of the sound—nice place to relax and enjoy God’s creation.

Spring Vacation at South Beach

Nice and spacious. We've stayed at South Beach before, but not this unit. Love the location and view. Also the private pool and the elevator access. Two things I feel would improve this unit 1) a new mattress for the king bed 2) just a little more attention to cleaning. We would stay again.

Tranquility and Fun

Our agenda: beach, views, pool, fresh fish market, bike trails. This condo meets it all. We also went to the fireworks on Tuesday at Shelter Cove. I appreciated the beach/pool towels provided. The condo also had 5 beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking tools. The A/C thermostat didn't work and it was 82 when we arrived, but I called Vacation Company and they promptly took care of it. It was a great week. Sea Pines is my favorite place to ride bikes.

Lovely, quiet spot

Everything went smoothly. Check in and communication was easy. The condo was well-equipped and clean. I didn’t cook much, but the couple times I did, they had what I needed. There were games and puzzles. Air conditioning worked well. Views were incredible. The location was amazing. Walk to Salty Dog. Walk to pickleball/tennnis. Ride bikes to HarborTown. Private beach area on sound. We walked 2 min around the bend and sat at the ocean. Clean, refreshing pool. Saw fireworks on the 4th from the beach. Didn’t have to deal with the hassle from the crowds. I will stay here again.

Unit was not very clean, especially the floors and deck areas. Highly recommend a broom in the unit. We tried using the small vacuum sweater but it was not helpful. Additionally some of the sheets were stained and we had to wash before using them. Regarding communication, we received a lot of emails regarding the unit but only one with the building code. This created some confusion.

In the future please reach out to us as we could have the cleaners come back out as well as have a broom delivered to you. The check in email does contain different codes for this complex including the building entry code along with your keyless door code for the front door.

Fun weekend with the family

The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family. It was incredibly hot the week we were down there, so I was hopeful the AC would keep the condo cool. It did not disappoint. Kitchen was well equipped and the instructions through the condo answered our questions. Great view of the water and was lovely at night. Very close to the Salty Dog, so it was great if you wanted a late night bite or drink. My only complaint would be there was no broom or working vacuum. We didn't track much sand in because of the walk to and from the beach, but it would have been good to be able to sweep after lunch and dinner with the family.

Great spot, nice and quiet

The condo was great, good size bedrooms and nice amenities overall. Communication was excellent with the property owner, and we felt comfortable the whole time there. There was access to a really nice beach, and the pool was nice as well. The only negative I'd put out there is that there was a bit of an ant problem around the pool and walking out toward the beach. I think the ants were primarily in the sand, but it was a bit of an issue for us getting to and from the beach with our little kids walking through a big area with a lot of ants. Not sure what could be done about that, but it was really the only thing we could complain about. Overall our stay was great, and we'd stay there again.
