Verts Villa # 108 - 2 chambres prÚs de l'océan

Les Verts 108 est 2 Chambre / 2. 5 Salle de bain spacieuse maison de ville mise à jour. Dans la chambre des maßtres, deux jumeaux dans la chambre des invités, un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il est situé dans la partie avant de The Greens (plus proche de la plage) avec une vue magnifique sur le golf et un accÚs facile à la plage. Le centre de tennis et le club de golf sont à proximité et les pistes cyclables vont jusqu'à l'entrée. La grande terrasse arriÚre est idéale pour les repas en plein air et offre une vue magnifique sur le parcours de golf, mais suffisamment proche de la plage pour la brise. Les condominiums de Verts se trouvent dans Shipyard Plantation, une communauté privée résidentielle et de villégiature. Cette unité est à 5 minutes à pied de l'océan Atlantique, en face du Sonesta Resort et de la Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. Les clients séjournant à The Greens 108 profitent de restaurants et divertissements offerts par Sonesta. Le terrain de golf Shipyard a une combinaison unique de 9, 18 ou 27 trous disponibles pour jouer. I loved the area and access to the beach was great. Though the whole island was very crowded it was not noisy and felt private.

Disappointed that the grill did not work which is the one necessary item I asked about before booking the unit. Notified the rental agency and they came to inspect a couple days later and confirmed it did not work. Said they would put an order in for a new one but did not receive while we were there. Very disappointing because extremely crowded in restaurants during peak time so we like to grill most days. Will not stay in a complex without a community grill again because individual units are not reliable.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a perfect location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. With two toddlers, it took a little longer to walk, but it was still manageable. A wagon or beach cart definitely helps! The house itself was great and very welcoming. My one main complaint is the size of the bathroom for the twin bedroom. It was a challenge trying to give the kids a bath because the door barely has enough room to open. We had to open the door, squeeze in beside the toilet, and then shut the door in order to reach the tub. Also, only one washcloth was provided for each guest, which was inconvenient. The property is accessed with a door code, which could have easily been emailed prior to our arrival, rather than having to physically go check in at the management office. Thankfully the office is not that far in distance, but traffic does make it take longer, which wastes unnecessary time. Overall, we had a wonderful week and cannot wait to return next year!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had high hopes from reading previous reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the unit and especially the cooking utensils. The property location was perfect- a short walk to the beach and across from tennis courts, as we play tennis. Other than, these two things, I must say I was disappointed with the rental. The place was absolutely dark, dirty furniture and a kitchen made up of clutter. It absolutely disgusted me that people could rent out a unit where you had very few utensils. I put everything in the dishwasher to clean, reorganized the cabinets, and still couldn’t find decent utensils to use for cooking. This was probably one of the most disgusting units I stayed in. I’d be ashamed to actually collect rent for this place. The outlets in the bathroom were so outdated that the hair dryer cord wouldn’t stay in the socket. Absolutely disappointed!

Greens 108 was Great

As described. Perfect location and just like other 2 bd 2 bath condos we have rented at Shipyard. Back deck and family/dining furniture could use some updating, but suited us just fine. Front porch light wasn’t working which is rough at night when heading out.

Good location

Easy walk to beach, very clean. Furniture needs updating as well as the bathrooms. Needs better lighting, rooms are dark. Kitchen nice and well supplied. Heat/air conditioning in master bedroom is extremely loud.
