Newly updated interior January 2023 that sleeps a family of 4 and offers an open concept! The living room includes a new sleeper sofa and coffee table. A lovely seating area for 2 by the large windows gives you a view of the pool while enjoying a meal. Leading to the kitchen, you have 3 chairs at the breakfast bar and a newly remodeled kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, new counter tops and cabinets. The master bedroom offers a king size bed along with a flat screen TV. Just outside the front door is your patio space where you can enjoy watching the kids splash around in the sparkling heated pool. Only a short walk away to relax at the beach. -Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months) & hot tub

-Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office)
-Gazebo with gas grills. Due to our frequent droughts, high winds, & burn bans, NO other types of Bar-B-Q pits, grills, or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including parking lots, balconies, or patios.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
