It is surrounded by luxury shops and famous restaurants. The apartment is on the 6th and last floor of a typical Parisian building, with an elevator.
It’s a large and modern apartment, recently renovated, fully furnished and delightfully decorated.
From the entrance, you will accede to the living room which is open on the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. Thanks to it numerous windows, the apartment is very luminous.

This apartment is a duplex, which will provide privacy as one bedroom equipped with a European queen size bed is on the ground floor with the bathroom next door, equipped with a bathtub. The second bedroom with a European quuen size bed is upstairs, isolated. The second bathroom is ensuite, it’s composed with a shower. Just a precision, that to enter the shower the access is quite narrow. The apartment also has 2 toilets.

In addition, of being ideally located and very comfortable, this apartment has a major asset: the breathtaking view it offers on the Paris skyline and finally, as it is under the roof, there is the AC in all rooms.
