Islander Condo # 217 est une unité Gold View de West View pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec un accès facile au rez-de-chaussée et au parking par les escaliers à proximité du condo. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

Ce condo a été récemment mis à jour avec une nouvelle peinture et un nouveau tapis. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Rassemblez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon équipé d'un fauteuil inclinable pour regarder la télévision HD / LCD 46 "avec accès par câble numérique et lecteur DVD. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale dispose d'une nouvelle suite avec un lit king size et d'un combo TV / DVD HD / LCD 27 ". La salle de bain a été récemment mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité à double évier, des comptoirs en granit et des robinets de qualité. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et d'une télévision de 27 pouces avec lecteur DVD. La salle de bain d'invité a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité, des comptoirs en granit et des robinets de qualité.

Aventurez-vous sur le balcon privé et admirez les bateaux entrant et sortant du port par le col est ou l'un des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle qu'une soirée peut offrir.

Very clean, well maintained Condo with convenient access to everything...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Islander. The inside is upgraded all the way. Multiple pools are on site as well as a grill /gazebo area for cookouts. The VIP service including chairs and umbrellas is tremendously appreciated in the sweltering August heat! All of the Destin bars / restaurants are just a short drive to enjoy. Be sure to check out the coffee shop about a mile away from the property as well

Great Stay!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying in this unit for years and we just had another great week there! The condo was nice, the staff was friendly and the weather was perfect! Love the updated look at the resort too! The only issue we had was with the beach set up and gate - it appears that the gate has been broken for some time so anyone can come onto the property. Also the usual concierge (who was amazing!) was not there all week and if anyone was there, they didn't do anything. All of the chairs are lined up in rows and pretty close to the water, making it hard to tell which ones are for the Islander. We prefer the old set up which kind of separated the resorts (it was in a horse shoe pattern). We look forward to another week next summer!

The Islander Never Disappoints

Amazing location!

My family amd myself traveled from Oklahoma to this Condo and the 14 hour drive was so worth it! I can't say enough about the location. The condo is a couple minute walk to the private beach! The beach was very busy each day, but with having the VIP capabilities they always had an umbrella and a couple chairs set up and ready to go for us. Walmart and target are just a short drive away for all your needs. This condo make you feel right at home.

Better than Advertised

We stayed at this property for 4 days. The accommodations were fantastic. We enjoyed the use of the amenities and appreciated the kitchen dishes, utensils, pots, pans and appliances. It made preparing meals a breeze. The beach was a short walk from the condo. The beach was great and we really appreciated the free beach service (chairs, umbrellas, attendent, etc). Also, having so many restaurants, shops and grocery stores so close was great for us being a family of 4! We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Love The Islander, Just Needs Some TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at the Islander for years and we love the comfort and location. This is our second time staying in this unit and it definitely needs some TLC. The furniture is fine and it's decorated nicely, but there was a weird smell that never went away, the lights constantly flicker or dim then go back to normal, and we had an issue with bugs (though I did see them spraying around the property near the end of our trip so maybe it was just that time). The paint is peeling off the ceiling in a couple of rooms as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, but we will likely try a different unit (which is unfortunate because we really like the location and set up of this one)!
