This flat does not have a lift but being a Victorian property, its staircase is wide (and is also carpeted).
The maximum number of guests is 3 (2 adults and 1 child).
The space
The property is located within close proximity to the shops, restaurants and bars found along Kensington High Street, whilst the green open spaces of Kensington Gardens, Holland Park, and Hyde Park are also close by.
Apartment Overview
This high spec, luxurious apartment has 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge area, with wooden flooring in the bedroom, bathroom and lounge area. The apartment is also suitable for toddlers and children under the age of 12.
Lounge and Dining area
There is a large sofa bed with cushions and a throw blanket, and a 65-inch Samsung HDR Smart TV in the sitting room, Dyson tower fan; along with a dining area for sitting four people. There is also free WIFI with a high download speed.
Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom has a double bed with pillows and fresh bedding. It is also fitted with an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is well ventilated and has herringbone flooring with underfloor heating. It also contains a modern family bath with a shower head and glass bath panel, as well as an LED mirror, generous storage, a towel radiator, and a lavatory.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances which include a full gas hob, electric oven, fridge, and microwave. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine with dryer, as well as laundry and dishwasher products. The apartment is also furnished with a toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, cookware and tableware.
Guest access
Full access to the flat. On street parking is also available (Chargeable at an hourly rate).

Please note that there is a £25 fee for check-ins later than 10pm.
This flat is on the third floor, without a lift. Nonetheless, as a Victorian property, its staircase is wide (and is also carpeted). We also offer a courtesy luggage carrying service for our guests to the flat.
