Located on the ground floor (but with steps), the Restalrig Apartment, with free Wifi and free on-street parking, welcomes two guests maximum.

The one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a two-seater breakfast table, while a dining table and chairs can be found in the living room.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so late check-ins are not possible - 2200hrs being the latest.

This is not a party flat. CCTV protected (cameras located externally obviously!).

Maximum number of guests: Two (2) for licencing, fire & insurance reasons. Extra guests are strictly forbidden and the booking will be cancelled.

Die FeWo ist super! Man merkt, wie liebevoll die Details ergĂ€nzt wurden. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Hofseite, sehr leise. Das Bett ist sehr groß (und ich dachte schon, mein 180 cm-breites Bett ist rieeesig). Es gab sogar Hausschlappen fĂŒr meinen vergesslichen Mann! Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und sehr neuwertig ausgestattet. Mir ist es wichtig zu betonen, dass es sehr sauber war. Die KĂŒche funktional eingerichtet; im Schrank eine gute Grundausstattung, wenn man spontan kochen möchte. Der Blick in die GĂ€rten von beiden Seiten erfreute mein Herz - ein Meer an Lichterketten :) Ich empfehle Susan gern weiter!

Susan is an amazing host. She is very helpful and supplies comprehensive information. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. The property is very neat, beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all the amenities one would require. We had a fabulous stay in Edinburgh thanks to Susan and her efficient management and the lovely and comfortable apartment.

Walkable to city center and Holyrood Palace/Arthur's Seat, on bus line, groceries and bakery across the street, comfortable bed (but sleeper sofa very uncomfortable!), washer ( no dryer, but one at nearby gas station), nice new bathroom, interesting eclectic decor, outside area could use some attention. Great communication with host.

Wonderful experience at "home-from-home" in Edinburgh

It truly felt like a home away from home. Comfortable and cute. Clean and quiet. Great location in residential neighborhood with a small grocery store and coffee shop just across the street and a local pub a couple of blocks away. The bus stop with buses to old town, downtown, and the marina right outside. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and she provided lots of information on things to do in Edinburgh.

Very nice contact, flat is very well equipped. The bathroom is freshly and modern renovated, the kitchen holds everything you might need and more. The flat is in a quiet neighborhood, You can easily reach a lot of different bus services. Highly recommended, if we come back to Edinburgh we will happily book again.

Edinburgh weekend

This home was exactly what we needed for our three day visit to Edinburgh. All communication was accurate and easy. The home was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. It was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. Good bed and lovely shower. Access to the city was easy with the bus stop right outside. Coffee shop and small supermarket across the road and a “chippy” around the corner. Lucky to have found it and would highly recommend it!

Whimsical Retreat

This was my first stop on my journey, and due to the excellent directions I was able to quickly orient myself to the city. I purposefully wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. From the welcoming red front door, cozy amenities, and little touches of welcome, I absolutely loved this whimsical sweet apartment. The owner was very prompt at answering my questions, provided excellent instructions, and went above and beyond helping me find a special personal souvenir.

Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour chez Susan. L’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs propre, conforme aux photos de l'annonce. La procĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e Ă©tait bien dĂ©crite. Un guide trĂšs dĂ©taillĂ© Ă©tait disponible sur place et a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos questions. Il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire disponible sur place (pour la cuisine, lessive, salle de bains etc). Susan est une hĂŽte attentionnĂ©e et rĂ©active par message. L'arrĂȘt de bus juste devant le logement nous a permis de nous rendre facilement en ville pour visiter.Nous recommandons Ă  100% ce logement !

All the comforts of home

Susan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable from the comfy bed to the cozy towels and welcome shortbread, you won’t miss home. This flat has easy access to the city centre with bus access steps from your secure entry way and free on street parking at your door. It was everything we needed during our stay in Edinburgh.

Great place to stay, great host

This was a great stay. Would be happy to recommend. Only slight negative is that this place isn’t walking distance to downtown. That said, it’s a short bus ride or uber. The host was wonderful to deal with. Place was spotless upon arrival. There was a guest book with tons of info on local spots. Any questions we had were answered nearly immediately and many things were thought of in advance. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Dit is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tripje in Edinburgh. Het is een klein, maar fijn appartementje met een bus die voor de deur stopt waardoor je met ongeveer 15 minuten in het centrum staat. Aan de overkant is ook een kleine supermarkt met alle basics. Susan was zeer vriendelijk en vlot in de communicatie. Absoluut een aanrader!

Lovely place, great location

Lovely flat hosted by a very nice lady who kept us well informed. Nice and clean with plenty of space for the two of us. Situated a quick 10 minute bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh and opposite a well stocked Co-op.

Het appartement was gezellig en alles wat je nodig had aanwezig, en meer! Bedden waren heerlijk. Ideaal dat de bus voor de deur stopte en we binnen een kwartier in het centrum waren. Handig dat er aan de overkant een supermarktje is. Communicatie verliep prima. Islamitische met al een top verblijf!

Amazing Time Amazing Place

Truly an amazing place to stay and our host is the most wonderful woman ever. She has some many guides to helping you see and figure out your way around the city. The apartment was clean and a beautiful place to stay. I 1000% recommend this place.

Comfortable convenient clean

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The host communicated with us and her instructions for checking in and out were easy to follow. The apartment is right on the city bus route, has a CO OP and bakery across the street. W parked our car on the street for free and took a break from driving for two days while we explored Edinburgh. The apartment is clean, well supplied and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.
