Belle unité de bord de mer! Un seul des sept unités dans ce paradis avant Golfe! Ce est un emplacement de choix pour les escapades en famille ou entre amis. TrÚs privé - ne ont pas accÚs à la plage publique partout à proximité de sorte que le blanc superbe plage de sable est à vous!

Complexe a été construit en 2000 et dispose d'une piscine chauffée. La copropriété a été redécoré en 2007 avec une nouvelle moquette, peinture, moulures, linge de maison, etc. . . Nouveau mobilier de salon et en peluche KING SIZE BED dans la chambre principale et moelleux lit queen + Lit en 2Úme chambre!

Profitez de la cour de jeu de palets cÎté de la plage, le bar tiki tiki et tables cabane bord de l'eau avec de nouvelles chaises longues à la piscine ainsi que sur la plage. Unité se trouve à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants intercÎtier et le meilleur petit déjeuner sur la plage! Réfrigérateur bord de la piscine pour garder vos boissons froides et à proximité!

Steps from the gulf, well-maintained, very clean, walking distance to food, ice cream, drinks, the water, and on the trolley line. We love staying here, and Joy is a wonderful host, who is always quick to respond and takes pride in her property. We look forward to seeing you next year!

Paradise in our happy place

We’ve been coming to Indian Rocks for more than 20 years and this location has been our favorite by far. The condo is lovely and comfortable with every amenity available. We cannot wait to come back and have already booked next year’s trip!

Perfect for Families

Loved that this unit has direct access to pool and beach within steps. That made it very enjoyable going back and forth with the kids. Never have to get in your car, restaurants, ice cream, and stores within a couple blocks. Loved the set up of the beach house as well!

Beautiful beachfront condo

Our condo at indian Rocks Beach over Mothers Day weekend was just perfect for our girls trip! The kitchen had everythong we needed, and we appreciated having the use of a washer/dryer and full size beach towels for the pool and beach. The porch view of the gulf was so relaxing. Thank you for a comfortable stay in your beach home! We love IRB!!

Perfection

This place is perfect! Clean and well furnished, with a balcony that faces the sunsets over the gulf. The beach is beautiful white sand. There are nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Could not be happier with our stay.

Great location and views of the water and sunsets. Plenty of things to do close to the condo. Only downside is the people who stayed above us had kids who would stomp / run the full length on their condo and sounded like they were jumping off the furniture and dribbling a basketball for hours on end well past 10 pm. Could hear every step and dribble. Would stay here again just fingers crossed that no one above has kids.

Long weekend

Great Location

This condo is in a great location right on the beach with terrific views both up and down the beach. There are several restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. The pool and patio are very nice with easy access using the spiral staircase to the ground level. The condo is clean, well stocked and plenty of room for a small family. We've stayed here several times and always look forward to our next stay.

So Close to the Beach

I loved how big and clean it was and how close to the beach it was. Just a short beautiful walk to the beach and is not over crowded. We could not have been happier and the hist was awesome. It a fully stocked condo and has everything you need for a beach getaway.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Indian Rocks Beach is simply Paradise! We purchased this vacation rental because of the privacy of the beach in comparison to the other condos which are so much larger and more crowded. Our building has only 4 units and the nearest public access to a beach has only parking for 4 vehicles! Beautiful, serene beach and pool area makes this the perfect beach vacation!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the serene Gulf Waters every morning is the ultimate relaxation! Walking distance to a few of the restaurants on the beach is also a plus including an outstanding Italian and a fun Seafood Restaurant all within walking distance!
