The property is excellent location. Right by Ponte Sisto, coffee shop 10 meters away, Campo di Fiori is very close. Good space, 4 bedrooms. It was selected for location, and it was perfect for that. The apartment is newly refinished. Communication on arrival was very good and helpful. It was a bit high in price for what it was, given hotels for the number of people was nearly the same, would’ve had included breakfast and etc…but we wanted to be able to spend easy time together too, and hotels didn’t allow that as easily. All in all, I’d use it again and was pleased. Thanks to the owners and the managers.

Great stay and location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean, comfortable, and lots of details were attended to. Location was excellent and within walking distance of a lot of food and shopping, perfect for vacation. The stairs were a small challenge but it is hard to escape that in Rome. I would definitely stay here again

Location is Excellent!!

The property was located close enough for us to catch a taxi to locales to far to walk. we walked to restaurants over the bridge. It was a great location for us. We recommend this place for anyone!

Location can't be better. Walking distance to everywhere. The apartment was on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator so we had to carry big bags up, but it was OK. The living room is a nice size. The rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms are a little run down. Great value for its size and location.

The location of this property is excellent for walking to the sites of Rome and lots of great restaurants. The property worked great for our family vacation for 9 of us. There was plenty of room in the apartment for everyone. The neighborhood felt very safe - even to walk out at night to grab a late night gelato with our kids. The property managers were very friendly and easy to work with. We loved our recent stay.

Host was very communicative before and during the stay! They arranged a ride from the airport, which was very nice. Got to the apartment and had to reach out to get let inside, which only took 5 minutes or so. No elevator, which is common in Rome so no problem. The location is really good and in the midst of all the action. Keep in mind that an Uber/cab will not drop you off in front of the place but rather 300-400 feet away due to narrow street. The apartment itself left more to be desired. We walked in and immediately noticed a paint smell. Apparently one (at least) of the rooms had been painted very recently like that morning and made it difficult to stay in that room. The bathrooms were a little rough, no hand soap for washing hands and the shower had no place to put any shampoo or soap. The toilet flush button was broken in one bathroom. Additionally, one of the shower doors was broken and the drain was clogged, which is never a great experience. Also, I think each handle on every door in the apartment was very, very squeaky and loud. These are all minor issues (except the paint), but they all add up when you’re hoping for one experience and get something else. Overall I think the management was wonderful and very friendly, but the apartment was just okay.

Roaming Rome

Location Location Location! Literally a 5-minute walk to the Trastevere area. Food, music, and shopping in lively upbeat area that we found ourselves spending most of our evenings in. 8 adults fit comfortably in this apartment. Nice to be able to step out on our street and be steps away from bakeries, restaurants, gelato and public transportation. Super easy to get around and see all the sites in beautiful Roma!

Great location for my family of 5. Apartment was spacious and host was easy to communicate with. We had a small AC snafu and the maintenance man came and fixed it very quickly! He even made a quick video on how to maneuver the vents. All was wonderful!

While the apartment was nice, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. There were ants in the kitchen and the bedroom closest to the kitchen. Communication on how to get to the apartment (what floor it’s on and how to get in) was not good; the floor and how to get in were not given readily. There are also no locks on the bathroom doors (no way of knowing if a person is using the bathroom or not). The price was very high for the standard of the apartment, we were disappointed. The area the apartment is in is lovely/nice.
