Great family destination

We love Sea Shell- the location is wonderful as you can easily go out to the beach, get ice cream, groceries or go to restaurants. The condo was great for our family and had most everything we needed.

Siesta Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Seashells twice previously and this time it was just as nice. The location is ideal right on the beach and close to a good selection of bars and restaurants. The village is close by and we would often go there to dine. There was some maintenance going on while we were there which was noisy at times.

The condo was clean and just what we wanted. The beach is AWESOME and also having a pool was a big plus. We will be back for sure!!!

Great location!

Perfect location with beach access and close to restaurants. Luckily we didn’t have to drive anywhere because the traffic on Siesta Key is extremely heavy at this time of year.

Siesta Key /Memorial Day

Our stay was perfect. The pictures do not do the condo justice. Prociminoty to beach cannot be beat. Condo was bright, airy, and very clean. Adequate amount of towels. I’d love to have more garbage bags on site.

Christmas retreat

Reviewer Comments: Every year we head to Florida, the only thing this past year was the weather. Wish we could enjoy the pool, the placement of the pool was very poor. Pretty much all in the shade.

Our new favorite place. This was our first visit and hopefully not the last. Condo was as pictured and perfect for our family and so was the beach and location. A little noisy in the morning while we were there since they were working on the property right next door but they can't control that and it wasn't too disruptive. We would definitely stay here again!

Maria, Perla, and Deb in the office are professional and very nice and easy to talk to. The Maintence Staff - Mikey came to help with the lock and he is very friendly and helpful. Sea Shell is in the perfect location and offer everything you need to have an excellent vacation.

The bathrooms were a little small but still had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful there!
