Brilliant location as it’s very close to town and fistral beach . The apartment is on the first floor , everything was clean and tidy in the apartment the only let down I would say is the lack of utensils and cooking items such as pans and cooking utensils. It provided a good base to access the amenities close by but it needs some attention in regards to paint, flooring etc .

Lovely location

Not the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Pillows sweat stained. Soft furnishings like cushions in need of a good wash as smelly. Skirting boards full of dust. Bathroom floors obviously been mopped but hairs and dust just pushed to edges. Noise from passing cars and then playing loud music at 230am. Shame because it’s a lovely apartment in a fantastic location

Week stay at 22 zinc

Not a very clean property, when we arrived cooker was dirty and they had left dirty cookware from previous clients inside the oven. This i did not touch or use during my stay. The codes that LC sent did not work!! I specifically asked about this prior to my stay as I had read other reviews saying they had this problem. I was told thst it was all correct and it wasn't. The location is beautiful, the apartment could be lovely but doesn't seem to be very well maintained. Parking was great but the door to garage was constantly left open. All in all ok stat but have been staying in fistral for many years and would not rush back to use this company.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location and found the parking convenient, though we take note of your comment about the garage door being left open. We are sorry for the cleanliness concerns you encountered upon arrival. We do apologise for the oversight with the dirty cookware, we will ensure there are extra checks put in place to ensure this does not happen. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have been happy to attend promptly and resolve the issue so you could fully enjoy the facilities. Regarding the access codes, we have had a look into this and can confirm all codes sent to you are correct so we are very confused why these did not work for you. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. While we’re disappointed that we didn’t meet your expectations this time, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future. Best wishes, The Luxury Coastal team
