Il s'agit d'un appartement de luxe au premier étage magnifiquement présenté pouvant accueillir confortablement quatre personnes, avec un canapé-lit double dans le salon pour deux personnes supplémentaires. Le logement comprend -
Chambre principale, avec un lit king size, des armoires encastrées et 2 grandes commodes, sèche-cheveux, TV et DVD et une salle de douche attenante.
La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux, une grande armoire et une commode.
La grande salle de bain a une baignoire avec douche et un séchoir.
Le salon clair et spacieux dispose d'un canapé-lit double, d'un deuxième grand canapé en cuir et d'un lecteur Samsung Smart TV & DVD. Il y a une petite sélection de jeux et de cartes familiaux. Les portes-fenêtres avec balcon Juliette offrent une vue imprenable sur la plage de Fistral et le parcours de golf.
La cuisine équipée moderne a une barre de petit déjeuner, lave-vaisselle, laveuse-sécheuse, réfrigérateur / congélateur, four électrique Bosch avec cuisinière à gaz et tous les appareils modernes, y compris fer et planche à repasser, robot culinaire, grille-pain, four à micro-ondes. Il est également entièrement équipé avec une large gamme de couverts, verres, vaisselle, plats de cuisson et casseroles. Des condiments de base et du sucre sont fournis ainsi qu'un pack de bienvenue avec du thé, du lait de café et du sucre. Radio numérique.
Accès Internet disponible.
Le linge de lit est fourni et tous les lits sont faits à l'arrivée. Des serviettes de bain et de toilette sont fournies, ainsi que des torchons et des gants de cuisine. Ils ne doivent pas être utilisés à l'extérieur de l'appartement, veuillez donc apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.
Cet appartement bénéficie d'un espace de stationnement alloué, situé hors rue, avec un permis de stationnement fourni à l'arrivée et l'utilisation des jardins communaux privés et de la cour au sein de ce développement exclusif.
Notre gouvernante, Mary vous attendra à votre arrivée avec les clés.
L'appartement est situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage de Fistral et à 15-20 minutes à pied de la ville principale et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Crantock (via le ferry à pied). Convient aux familles ou aux couples uniquement. Ne pas fumer ni animaux.

The wetsuits, surf and body boards are personal possessions of the owner and NOT for guest use.

Amazing. Very clean and tidy. All the necessary utilities and furnishings. Very easy instructions and guidelines to follow. Easy and efficient communication with hosts. Nothing at all to do with you guys, but the public footpath down to the beach needs attention.

Lovely apartment, great location

Perfect location is you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday. Walking distance to Fistral and beautiful views from the apartment. It had everything we needed in that apartment and having a parking space was great. Would love to stay here again.

Great Newquay apartment!

We all really enjoyed our stay here at the apartment. A fantastic location to explore Newquay and wonderful views of Fistral Beach. The beach was a 10-minute walk and Newquay town centre was only a 20-minute walk away, which made everything easily accessible. The apartment was very clean, with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. A perfect beach holiday retreat for a family!

Friends on holiday

The flat was lovely and clean, very comfy and with a lovely view of Fistral. We were travelling by motorcycle and the hosts went above and beyond to help with a parking complication. Just a lovely, relaxing stay. Unfortunately it was very stormy on our weekend, but knowing we had a warm, comfy flat to come back to every evening was great.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely week in this apartment, it had everything we needed. And was very clean.The beds are very comfortable. A lovely view from the lounge over Fistral Bay. Mary was very informative. Hope to go again next year.

Lovely week

We loved our week in Newquay. The apartment is spot on and had everything we needed. Great to have a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Beds comfortable and cosy. Everything was perfect and we would love to. come back. Only one issue was car parking space was narrow and two vans had parked either side so couldn't get in easily but this wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Great Homestay - Highly recommended

Lovely property. Clean, warm, cosy and well maintained. We stayed for Christmas and found the kitchen well stocked from foil, pots and pans, utensils and even spices available for use. Eco friendly with the recycling of your rubbish. The bed in the main bedroom was so very comfy and with a quiet location every night we had a good nights sleep. A nice thought that milk was in the fridge and Kipling cakes...nice touch. We loved this accommodation, location and communication with/from the owners was excellent. Highly recommended and we will be back again.

Relaxing getaway

Great property in a great quiet location. Very clean with everything you need home from home. Great that we could use the communal garden area. 20 mins walk into town and tolcarne beach. 5 to 10 mins to fistral beach. Fantastic lennick lodge fern pit cafe and crantick a 20 min walk to the estuary and you can also do a costal walk to the bowgie Inn takes about an hour but if your used to walking you could easily do in in half an hour. Looked to book again but the week we want has already gone so this place is very sought after and I can see why. Luckily for us we have managed to book another apartment in pentire heights. Who needs abroad when we have such amazing places to go and see. We have been to Newquay for the past 10 years and this has been the best stay for us. Highly recommend.

A little disappointed

The entrance lobby leading to the apartment didn't smell clean. The apartment was OK, smaller than expected and hadn't been cleaned fully ahead of our arrival, we found sweet wrappers and crisps on the floor in different places, dust on surfaces, dirty windows inside etc. which wasn't a great first impression. The main room carpet didn't feel clean either. On the plus side, views of Fistral were good and the kitchen was well equipped, but small. Bedrooms and bathrooms were OK, however the shower tray in the en suite filled within 2 minutes of showering cutting the showers short and we then had to use the shower over the bath. We were a little disappointed because we were expecting better, probably based on other apartments we've stayed in locally. If the apartment was cleaned properly and modernised it would make a huge difference but we will not be staying again unfortunately.

I'm sorry that you weren't completely satisfied with your stay and found the apartment smaller than expected, many guests find it quite spacious. I will pass on your comments about the entrance hall to the management company, although this has never been mentioned before, as they are responsible for the communal areas and I will also speak to my housekeeper regarding your comments about the cleanliness of the apartment. It is normally presented to the highest standard and many of our previous reviews reflect this. The carpets were all cleaned at the start of this season, but they are going to be replaced over the winter. The en-suite shower is also going to be updated and refitted, but if you had a specific problem with it then you should have got in touch with myself or my housekeeper and we could have arranged for someone to come out and look at it. Our contact details are readily available in the apartment. I'm so pleased that you appreciated the great views!

Wir haben eine schöne, abwechslungsreiche Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf und ist ein guter Startpunkt für die Erkundung von Cornwall. Wir hätten uns einen Balkon gewünscht um den Meerblick besser zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei, freundlich und schnell. We have spent many happy years holidaying in Cornwall, particularly on the North coast and always dreamed of owning a property in this area, close to the sea. We have been fortunate enough to find our second home here and fell in love with this apartment at Pentire when we viewed it!

We chose it as Newquay is an excellent holiday location with plenty of things to see and do in the area - great surfing, excellent walking, good access to shops and a wide choice of pubs, bars and restaurants with good public transport links! The apartment has lovely views of the sea, it is close enough to the centre of town to walk, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.
