Venez REST et RELAX à la maison affectueusement connue sous le nom de "Little Blue House". Je suis plus spacieux que moi. Mon arrière-plat vous fera sentir comme si vous étiez dans une maison d'arbre, où vous entendrez le ruisseau qui coule en arrière-plan. Les amateurs de plein air aimeront les sentiers proches pour les aventures longues ou courtes, le golf, les magasins d'antiquités, la musique bluegrass, les brasseries et plus encore! Je donne des rabais spéciaux au personnel chargé de l'application de la loi, au feu et aux enseignants. Trois étages: Maître avec salle de bain privée au niveau principal, 2 chambres et salle de bain à l'étage, 1 chambre, couchette et salle de bains au sous-sol. Capacité 10 à 13. 2 lits king, 3 lits queen, 3 lits simples et un futon. 3 1/2 bains. Wifi, câble, air central, cuisine équipée et barbecue à gaz extérieur.

House was perfect for hosting a family. Loved being in Montreat: hiking, visiting Black Mountain and Asheville, and seeing the fall colors. Would certainly return to this home!

Love this house and its location. It was very clean, lots of room for everyone and the back deck made it feel like you were in a treehouse! Bill is very nice and easy to talk with if need be. I highly recommend this home.

Great vacation with family! House was clean, well maintained, and is in a beautiful location. Bill was also super helpful throughout the week and answered any questions we had. If we ever visit Montreat again this is definitely a place we’d look at.

We had a wonderful time in this rental! The house was spacious; everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We really enjoyed the view of the woods from the back deck. Very convenient location!

Beautiful week in the mountains

We loved our week in the little blue house! It was perfect for our family with excellent space and everything we needed in the kitchen and living areas to feel at home (great cooking tools, games, and more!) The porch is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, ice cream with friends, or doing a little work. This will stay at the top of our list for our next Montreat visit!

Better than expected!

The listing says something like “I’m bigger than I look” and it really is! The back deck especially was good for our group and larger than it looks in the photo. The house has a basement with two rooms, main floor with one, and upstairs with two more. It was great for multiple families.

Such a beautiful location!! We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was super well stocked for cooking. Plenty of beds for multiple families and all of our kids. Loved it here! Wonderful deck and quiet retreat. Road to the house is narrow and only works for one car. Had to back up leaving twice. Not a big problem but something to be aware

I've stayed in this location for 3 years in a row and will sign up for a 4th year, too! It's clean and has everything I need to feed lots of hungry summer staffers every night. The deck in the trees is beautiful and peaceful. There are great hiking trails right in the back yard. It's just perfect for us. Bill is a great host - very responsive and attentive. I'm very grateful for my Montreat time at this special place. Thank you, Bill!

Great stay in Montreat

We made a last-minute trip to Montreat over 4th of July. What a great decision. I've been to Montreat many times in the past but not recently. I've forgotten how special this place is. This property added to our enjoyment. The property is secluded with a forested back deck with countless song birds in the forest. Out the front door leads to hiking trails up the the Seven Sisters Ridge. The house was clean and spacious and felt like home. Thanks to the host for allowing us to stay in this special slice of WNC.

Oh MY!!!

We are regular visitors to this area. This was our first time to stay here and we've found our place. First, it just feels like a home, not a rental house. But the most amazing thing was the cleanliness! Oh my! Impeccable! My husband was a manager in a luxury hotel in Atlanta and is very picky about these things. He was blown away by how clean it was. Also, it's well stocked, and tucked back in a beautiful neighborhood. I have nothing but praise for our accommodations. Thanks for such great hospitality.

Great Area

The house is stocked with anything you can imagine. From 100's of VHS's movies to puzzles and board games. My husband and I came up for a workshop in the area and in the evenings were pretty mentally wore out so we laid around watch movies from our childhood and some we weren't allowed to watch as children. It was actually pretty fun. If you love to run this is a great area. Drivers around here are used to watching for people so it was very relaxing. Also don't miss going to the ten thousand villages store right up the road. Amazing store! Beautiful area we didn't get out a bunch since we weren't home. The beds were comfortable, TV upstairs worked greats, Kitchen completely stocked we ate out a lot since we weren't really here but you could easily never eat out if your staying here. If you have a large group it has a ton of beds and two kitchens areas. Although I didn't really check out the downstairs kitchen we mostly stayed on the top floor.

Wonderful home for a family of 5 adults with a truly responsive host. We have been coming to Montreat conferences for over 25 years and this was by far the best house we have rented through any of the available organizations. When we come back to a Montreat in the future, we all agreed that we hope THIS house is available.
