Appartement d'angle avec vue frontale sur la spectaculaire baie de Biscayne. Cette grande unité vous séduira par ses 2 chambres + 2 salles de bains, son espace de vie ouvert, ses baies vitrées et sa cuisine entièrement équipée avec armoires à l'italienne, comptoirs en marbre, lave-vaisselle Bosch, appareils de qualité supérieure et véritable connexion Wi-Fi. Complètement remodelé par le concepteur européen.

Pour votre divertissement, il dispose de trois téléviseurs (dans le salon et dans chaque chambre), avec plus de 200 chaînes, y compris HBO et Showtime et stations musicales. Pour la plupart des invités, l'Internet très rapide est de la plus haute importance et, en conséquence, nous vous offrons une connexion dédiée à 50Mb (contrairement à la plupart des hôtels proposant jusqu'�� 5Mb et une connexion "sale" partagée).

I would not stay here

Do not believe the pictures - this is a pretty beat up unit and is not as represented. Things to know: Half the elevators are out of commission; Wish I could post pics of the peeling wood on the doors -heavily repainted walls and floorboards - this has more of a dorm feel; dumb things like coffee maker popping the breaker any time you tried to use and a shrug by the manager. Just low class at a high class price.

Great Stay

Miami is always a great time! Was a lot busier this week but that was definitely due to Art Basel. The ICON towers in Brickell were a perfect location. A lot around us that was easy to walk to. I would highly recommend people to stay in these buildings during their stay.

Only problem was parking. Used B O A and parked in the incorrect portion of the parking building. Car was towed to impound lot. Told by B O A representative that this has happened previously with W guest. Probably need better / clearer instructions. Didn't see signage in parking building.

Fantastic Stay. Just wow

I must admit i was a bit nervous when i booked this, but my fears were very quicky washed away. The booking process is streamlined and the on site meeting with the property manager was perfect and couldnt do more to assist. The property itself was clean spacious and the view was excellent, i found myself dreaming as i looked out the panaromic view, property was as listed. A nice welcome giftt was received and not expected. Location, short walk to the bayside restaurants and a cheap uber to ocean drive. The W facilities inuding spa and pool are awesome and the staff cant do e ough for you. Overal the experiance, support and property is 10+ Tip. Bool with these guys the are sublimely professional and the property is as good as the photos

Property not well kept

Almost all the appliance does not function, bathroom has black stain I called the cleaners to come clean they just wiped with a cloth and left. Most of the plug points are loose or broken. Kitchen faucet does not work well. I had to call property manager almost every day. Property has some good views, but not worth the cost

Nice unit, nice manager, answered our request for extra towels because the 2 nd bathroom doesn’t work. Maintenance was there trying to fix it when we arrived. We spent the whole 3 nights without the 2 nd bathroom they advertise without any compensation

Great location and awesome pool and gym

We loved the place , we pretty much walked everywhere . The only negative was you could hear loud cars driving late at night but a sound machine fixed that. Really enjoyed the pool, spa and gym as well.

Great location

Great location in Brickell, close to City Center and the Metromover. Free tram stop is just next door, making travel to museums or Wynwood very easy. Incredible pool. Next door behind the Presbyterian church there is a food truck area with many selections and covered outdoor dining. Whole Foods and Publix are only a few blocks away, too.

The residence was at a good spot. It was clean and we did have a nice view. It was a little hard to check in as someone needed to come get us but we didn't know who it was and at what time exactly. Overall it was still a nice staying.

My stay at the property was wonderful. The space was clean but there are one items that need replaced or repaired. The check in process was easy and the host were quickly responsive to my questions. They also provided a wonderful property outline that included a city guide. I would stay again!

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
