Appartement lumineux situé dans le centre historique de Venise près des Fondamente Nuove. L'appartement est réparti sur deux étages : au rez-de-chaussée, on trouve une salle à manger, une petite cuisine, un salon et une salle de bain avec toilettes et lavabo. Au premier étage, il y a deux chambres doubles, deux salles de bain avec douche et un salon. Ameublement raffiné avec des meubles d'époque, des lustres en verre de Murano et des poutres apparentes. Sur demande, 2 lits supplémentaires (canapé-lit). Capacité maximale 6 personnes. Horaire de check-in : de 15h00 à 20h00. Great location with view of water to the left, near restaurants and water bus/taxi station. Very convenient access to everything and quick boat ride to Murano. Place was excellent and very clean. Actually better than in photos (which were great)!

Spacious and on a nice, quiet street, this apartment made our stay very comfortable. We had two bathrooms with sink, toilet, and shower, as well as an additional bathroom with a toilet and sink. We were able to have family breakfasts at the large table, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

Very little air conditioning as the entire apartment has one single unit for the entire place. No air circulation and all the rooms were at least 80 degrees. Windows are in the walk way so even opening them provides very little air flow. Down stairs has no fans and no airflow. Hot!!!!!Very well decorated and rooms were beautiful. Four of us were ended up sleeping in one room, one on the floor, one on the couch. Fans in room would have been great! Location is ok and was a long taxi to get to (25min)…we would not stay there again.

Great apartment and location

Was exactly as listed. It was clean and very comfortable. Loved being so close to the boat system and the water. Self checking was a plus and the area info book they have was very helpful.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a quiet location close to the Vaparrato. Directions to the property were accurate and easy. Recommend that the property manager leave paper towels, garbage bags and other cleaning essentials to make things easier. Other than that, was a great experience.

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location!! It was very easy to get there from the airport, and it was right next to the water taxi stops. The communication with the property manager was very helpful, and I really appreciated all their tips on transportation from the airport. When we arrived, the door code didn’t work, but I called and someone came right away to change the batteries. We could have used more towels, but everything else was well stocked. There are two great cafes right around the corner for breakfast. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Venice!

Nice home

Everything was as pictured. Really nice place for my small family. Only thing is, is to be ready to WALK from the train station with luggages. I did not realize how far it was going to be. And Venice is nothing but walking. Wifi was also not working when we were there. Still very nice and close to the water!

The host responded promptly to all my questions. Self check-in was easy and hassle-free. The location is the best being next to the vaporetto stops. There was an AC unit in the 2nd floor but it’s in the hallway so the room behind it was warmer than the rest of the rooms on that floor. They also didn’t have a complete set of beddings/duvets and there’s only really 2 beds. If you have a bigger party, the other sleeping arrangements are just day beds and a trundle. They also had a rule about taking out the trash to a certain spot in the morning upon check out (2 min walk). Just be aware that the space is very cozy (I assume most apartments in Venice is due to the limited space). The stairs to the 2nd floor is super narrow so it was a challenge to bring our luggages upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn’t have to use the kitchen aside from heat up water for tea. Overall, our stay was comfortable enough and we slept well.

Ci teniamo a precisare che lo split dell’aria condizionata, pur trovandosi nel corridoio del secondo piano, è dimensionato per rinfrescare efficacemente tutta la casa e durante l’estate mantiene gli ambienti piacevolmente freschi. Per quanto riguarda i posti letto, la configurazione dell’alloggio è indicata nell’annuncio, inclusi i divani letto e il letto estraibile, pensati per ospitare gruppi più numerosi. A Venezia gli spazi e le scale possono essere più raccolti rispetto ad altre città, ma siamo felici che abbiate comunque trascorso un soggiorno confortevole e riposato bene. Saremo lieti di ospitarvi nuovamente in futuro!

Family vacation

Excellent experience! Very good location and instructions on how to get to the destination. Property was very clean but kitchen is a little small so if you plan to cook it’s not a good option for you but enough to get a quick breakfast. Shower is great!!! I had difficulty turning the stove on because it’s different from the ones where I come from so I would suggest leaving instructions on how to turn it on 😂 I had to go to google it 😊
