This was our second stay here. We will definitely be back. The accommodations were great, our host is a wonderful lady and we have made friends with several of the guests who stay there every year and some of the other owners who were there. The building, like all of Clearwater Beach, is still recovering from the devastating hurricanes of the fall of 2024, but our unit was in excellent condition. The pool was great too.

Well equipped apartment

Very comfortable apartment in a lovely quiet area, yet only a short walk to beaches and restaurants. The beds were large and very comfortable, having two bathrooms was a bonus . The owner Beth responded quickly to any queries or requests , we would definitely stay here again if we came to Clearwater.

Very modern Condo. Walking accessibility.

This two bedroom, two bathroom location has all the modern conveniences on home. Newly renovated kitchen and living area. Located in a quiet section of town. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and night life. Whether it’s fishing or water sports, or just laying on the beach, great location.

Main concern were the bathrooms. They were clean but need updating. . We also want to be on the beach in the future

Great place and affordable

This condo is welcoming and convenient to all that Clearwater has to offer. The beds were very comfortable, and the newly renovated kitchen is beautiful. The property has a heated pool with plenty of seating areas. It is a short walk to the beach. You can easily access all the shops, restaurants and bars by foot as well. The pier has a lot to offer, and is also accessible on foot. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a wonderful place to relax and vacation.

This place is beautiful, well equipped with everything needed. Well maintained heated pool. Grounds were immaculate! Close to everything you are looking for, beaches, stores, bars etc.

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable property

Truly an enjoyable stay. Condo was beautifully updated and was bright and welcoming. Owner was very receptive to any questions or needs that we had. Kitchen was well stocked and basics were supplied. The individual condo was clean and well maintained as was the condo building. There is a beautiful courtyard and nice pool. We walked to everything! Plenty of restaurants and store nearby - many of the bars have live music.

Coming back to Clearwater

During my first trip to Clearwater, I stayed at this lovely condo. You can’t beat the location! It’s within walking distance to the attractions and a very short walk to the beach. In fact, we were there for the Pier 60 SugarSand Festival and it was nice to just walk to and from the pier. The beach is beautiful and what’s especially nice about the condo is it’s close enough to all the attractions, while at the same time it’s in a quiet residential area. There are shopping carts available to get your belonging to and from the condo and an elevator. The grounds are well kept and pretty. The condo is clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. The spacious living room was a great place to hang out and socialize. If you want some quiet time or privacy, you could go out on the lanai and close the sliders. It was great for me because I needed to do some work while I was there. And I should mention there were no issues getting or staying connected to the internet. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. I plan to stay at this condo during my next trip to Clearwater.

Clean, and Great location

Appliances were all brand new. Came with a dishwasher which was very convenient. Block from the beach and within a short walking distance of the main strip. Neighbors were very polite and kind. Highly recommended, would stay agian!
