Cet appartement confortable se trouve au deuxième étage d'un bâtiment historique - sans ascenseur - qui vous accueillera dans l'atmosphère de l'ancien temps à Rome. De la cour intérieure, où il est encore possible de voir les anciens lavabos, un escalier mène à la porte de l'appartement. L'appartement est lumineux et a été entièrement rénové, montrant encore le beau plafond avec poutres apparentes. Il se compose d'une chambre double, une cuisine entièrement équipée - avec, entre autres, une table de cuisson à induction et une table à manger pour quatre -, un salon avec un canapé-lit confortable - qui peut être converti en un lit double, si nécessaire -, une salle de bain avec douche - dont les toilettes murales modernes ne peuvent pas se permettre un poids de plus de 115 kilos. Lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, air conditionné et internet wi-fi gratuit sont disponibles pour les clients. Ceci est une affaire parfaite pour ceux qui veulent profiter du coeur de Rome, ayant encore un îlot de paix à se réfugier! En sortant du bâtiment, vous ferez immédiatement partie de la vie des ruelles de Rome, avec un marché frais quotidien dans la petite place juste en face de la porte d'entrée. We highly recommend this property if you want to be close to all of the major attractions. Easily walking distance to the Vatican, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum. On your walks you will find excellent food, Gelato and many other things to see.

Good location. Nicely equipped small apartment with everything you need. Some nice places to eat close by. Comfortable and was as described. Minor issues like the showerhead sprays funny and leaks at the top. Everyone was nice that we dealt with.

This was an absolutely perfect place for my wife and I along with our 18 year old son. The location couldn’t be more perfect to everything you would want to see and visit in Rome. So many great restaurants within just a 1-5 minute walk. Easy check in process as well.

The apartment was a cozy haven for relaxation during our scorching week. We were thrilled to find that the air conditioning was working, providing much-needed relief from the heat. The apartment was spotless, but there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke coming from the tenants above or next door. It was a bit unpleasant at times, but we managed to get used to it.One downside was the lack of a dryer or hooks outside to dry clothes during the hot summer weather. However, the apartment was spacious enough for two people to comfortably share during our five-day stay. This place is perfectly placed to walk to all tourist hotspots. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for 4 nights and the place was excellent. It is very close in walking distance to a lot of great places. Very easy to communicate with the owner. There are a few great restaurants and wine bar right around the corner which made it very convenient to eat.

Perfect area. Next to a fantastic restaurant. (Make sure you make a reservation.) Two flights of stairs but worth it because of the location. We will stay there again.

GREAT location!

This was the perfect location for our family. Our kids are 6 and 10 and it made walking to our favorite sites and restaurants a breeze. It's totally in the center, and yet tucked away in a very quiet little spot so that you don't feel the busyness of the main streets of the area. And the apartment itself was clean and very spacious...and the AC last June was a big bonus :) I would definitely stay here again!

Our thanks to Sara and Emanuel! Great hosts! Responded promptly to all inquiries, and tremendous help assisting with ride to airport. Great location, les than 5 minutes to Pantheon and Gelato! Terrific restaurant 20 feet outside the front door. Ate there 3 times in 5 days ! Lots of room. A word of caution, you are in a residential building so the kids can be boisterous at times, but the building is quiet from 10 pm on. Would without a doubt stay here again!

The apartment was in a fabulous location of Rome—in the middle of everything but very quiet. We especially enjoyed Piazza Coppelle, which is right outside the front door. It’s a farmers market in the morning, a great lunch destination by day, and great for dinner at night with the outside tables and happy buzz of conversation. The stairs to the apartment are two flights: the first is a typical staircase and the second is very steep, so pack light. This place is a great value for the quality and location and is exactly as shown in the listing.

This apartment is conveniently located near the Pantheon yet out of the way of the tourist noise and chaos. There are a couple of nice, quiet, delicious restaurant spots just outside of the entrance to the apartment.The apartment is clean and has all that is needed to cook and eat there if desired. The bathroom had a nice shower with good water pressure. The configuration as you walk in is: bathroom, kitchen, living area, bedroom. We had 3 people staying there so our adult daughter slept on the pullout couch and we used the bedroom. In this configuration, the only place to “hang out” in a seat is in the kitchen and you walked through the living/pullout couch area from the bedroom to get to the kitchen or bathroom. (This worked fine, but there is little privacy for the person on the pullout couch). We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would recommend it to others.

Perfect place to stay in Rome!

The neighborhood is friendly and close to everything. The apartment is clean and spacious. The owner was most helpful upon check in. All the amenities you could possibly need and he left us a generous amount of coffee. It is two flights of stairs which was hard for me because I’m traveling for a month and I had two heavy bags. Next time I’ll pack lighter.
