Condo needs a little attention (AC)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo smelled very musty due to air conditioning problems. The realty company sent someone over, they worked on AC. Was much better for 2 days and then stopped working. Told realty company and they were very quick to send a repair guy who seemed to fix it. It was fine after that. Place was clean .

We did not get a key for the workout room in our packet Saturday so we could not access it until the office opened Monday morning and we got the key. Otherwise, very nice. Good location. Comfy master bed.

We could walk to the pier and were a close drive to the beach. The condo was clean and nice. The beds were soft but ok overall. I would've liked more stuff in the kitchen or at least pans and things that were in better condition for a month long stay. However, it probably wouldn't be a problem for a week or so stay! Overall, I'd recommend staying here, and I'd stay here again.

I feel with the price that was charged you could install some kind of hanger system that people couldn’t steal, like in a hotel. Also I don’t know who takes care of the extermination of ants but that needs to be addressed. Lastly both bathrooms should be set up for guests with towels and toilet paper for the arrival of guests. I have rented this condo before and I know this isn’t there usual standards

For a gated community, I expected more. The condos are pretty small. The kitchen was tiny. Lighting outside at night is poor and made walking the dog a little scary. The smell of the cleaning supplies used was extremely overpowering upon arrival. Housekeeping was banging on the door 15 mins prior to our checkout time, which was frustrating. Pictures are misleading g with size and furnishings. Location to walk down to the pier was great.

Great pet friendly accommodations

Perfect spot for us. Close to town, pet friendly and located next to the dog park. The condo was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving stay

We stayed here because of the close proximity to our son who is in the Army. He was not about to have extended leave so, we came to him. The island is great! From the condo you can walk straight down "main street" to all of the shops and restaurants. The lighthouse tour is fun if you like walking up 129 stairs to the top! We also drive the 1.5 hours to Savannah for a day trip.
