Thank you Doug and friends. We cannot express enough what a great location The Picayune Building is to all there is to do, see, and eat while in our beloved city of New Orleans. You are so right, fun place and a great location to VacayNOLA!

Thank you Dina for the 5 Star Review. We cannot express enough what a centralized location The Picayune Building is to all of downtown New Orleans. But thinking about it, it was the original home of the "Times - Picayune Newspaper" from the 1880's until 1969, so this location had to be close to the City center to get all the latest news. When you are ready to make a future visit, contact us to get the current Return Guest Discount promo code. VacayNOLA!

That's great to hear you had a fun weekend. When coming to New Orleans, feet are the best mode of transportation to get around, and we are only 3 blocks off of Canal Boulevard, so The Picayune Building is a very centralized location to all that the downtown areas have for food, music, venues, foods, attractions, bars and nightclubs and did we mention food? When you are ready to come a come back visit, contact us before making your reservations, to get the Return Guest Discount Code. VacayNOLA!

Thank you Paulen and family for the 5 Star Review. We are so happy you had an amazing stay in The Picayune Building during Mardi Gras 2023 and hope you come back for Mardi Gras 2024! This location is so close to all that downtown New Orleans has to offer and so much better when you can walk to things to see, do and EAT! See you soon to VacayNOLA!

Thank you Deborah and friends for the 5 Star Review. Although you had a long weekend, there never seems to be enough time to do all of the things you had hoped for. We were elated to find you thought the condo was clean, building was quiet and comfortable in the furnishings and amenities we leave for each guest, a few waters and bottles of Gatorade, to get you hydrated after traveling. If your traveling party would like to make a return trip, contact us to get the most current Return Guest Discount promo code before making your future reservations to VacayNOLA!

Thank you Karl and friends for the 5 Star Review. JazzFest is a citywide favorite in New Orleans, even with the understanding that it just isn't JazzFest without some rain and mud "festing" mixed in there, too. The Picayune Building is the perfect location for all there is to do, see and eat in New Orleans, a few blocks away and very walkable to any location. Streetcars are not more than one to 3 blocks away to help get you around to other neighborhoods of the Greater New Orleans areas either. If you are here for work conferences, the Morial Convention Center is less than a mile and the Superdome, Smoothie King Center Arena is about 8 blocks away for concerts, events and of course our beloved Saints "Dome" Games. We would love to host you again, contact us before making those future reservations to get the most current Return Guest Discount promo code. VacayNOLA!

Thank you Shelly for the high recommendations to your family and friends. Sounds like y'all had a great time, but a little perplexed as to why we didn't get a 5 *. How did we miss your mark? We do love all feedback. We cannot improve, unless we know how. VacayNOLA!

Thank you Amy for the 5 Star Review. This really is the perfect location to all of New Orleans activities, events, attractions and FOODS, and better yet, so close to the Krewe of Boo Halloween Parade! So glad you thought it is a quiet area and so close to Canal Blvd. and Magazine Street is just the next block over! sometimes it is the little things that make VacayNOLA stand out. Not many places leave you complimentary bottles of water, Gatorade, packets of French Market Coffee, filters a handful of creamers, detergent, both dish and clothes pods, because, you just may spill some of our scrumptious foods on your shirt and have to wash it out before you get home! It is your home away from home. Give us a call when you are ready to make that future reservation, but contact us first, to get the most current Return Guest Discount Promo Code. VacayNOLA!

Alison, Thank you for taking your time to write us this 5* review. We are happy that your group had a wonderful stay. Yes, this location is close to just about everything visitors want to see, hear and eat when in our area. My best friend lives in Collierville and took the train down last year. Marked two things off her bucket list and had a great time. Think about that for your next "adventure" and stay in our newspaper section themed condo "Outdoors and Adventures" again. Did you read the framed pages of the actual newspapers? That is about the owner of the condo. So glad you were able to get out and check off those activities on your to-do list even during covid restrictions. VacayNOLA!

Thank you for your kind words and thoughtfulness on your description of the "Outdoors & Adventures" condo. The framed newspaper articles about the kayaker is the owner of that condo. How cool is that! Yes, plase, have your friends, family and co-workers give us a call to find the condo that would suit their needs during stay dates. We have one, two and three bedroom & bath condos in that building. Great centralized location to all of the Central Business District and French Quarter attractions, venues and FOODS! VacayNOLA!

Thank you Paige and family for staying in "Outdoors and Adventures". We really are glad to hear that you had a wonderful experience. We are so grateful to the dedicated staff that VacayNOLA has, which helps tremendously in making your visit top notch with housekeeping teams that truly care about details and sounds like Barbara gave you the overload of suggestions for things to do, see, go and eat! That week between Christmas and New Years is one of the most magical times of year to experience; the beautiful decorations around town, Christmas in the Oaks, strolling through all of the hotel lobbies all decorated, experiencing our wild weather extremes from 20's one day and using the heat to 70's and air conditioning a few days later and getting a glimpse of how we love to party here with the Sugar Bowl Parade, the fun and excitement that surrounds a Bowl Game in the host city and being able to watch the Fleur-de-Lis Drop on New Year's Eve and fireworks along the mighty Mississippi River ( through the fog makes it even more interesting ). Cherish those family memories. Hope to see you back soon. Contact Barbara so she can give you the Return Guest Discount promo code on your future visit. Thanks and VacayNOLA!

Thank you Alexandra for the 5 Star Review. Super excited that the condo exceeded your expectations on size, cleanliness, comfort and convenience. We cannot express enough what a perfect location it is to all that downtown New Orleans has to offer; attractions, food, events, festivals, foods and all aspects of entertainment, music and sports. We would love to host you again, so contact us before you make those next reservations to get your Return Guest Promo Code for your discount. VacayNOLA!

We appreciate your kind words. The restaurant on the street level, Jimbeaux's has now opened. Come back and try out his food and drinks.

Thank you Robert and friends for the 5 Star Review during the weekend of 2023 New Year's Eve & 2024 Sugar Bowl. We cannot express enough what a perfect location The Picayune Building is to all there is to do, see, walk to and EAT in downtown New Orleans. Everything is so walkable to the Riverfront, the Superdome, Casino, French Quarter, plethora of dining options, Jackson Square, WWII Museum, the French Market, Orpheum or Saenger Theatres and any type of shopping experiences, too. So glad you made it back to your old college town, we would love to host your group again, perhaps an Alumni event? We do offer discounts to returning guests, contact us before making those future reservations to VacayNOLA! P.S. you are never too old for Mardi Gras....

Thank you for the accolades on our little slice of historic New Orleans. Most of the decor in the condo was of the owners, as he was an outdoorsy and adventurous person and some of the framed newspaper articles are about his treks. We are so glad you had a great time. Would love to have you back!

Thank you Brian for the 5* Review. We are so glad you and family had the opportunity to enjoy the New Orleans area during the Spring. It really is a most convenient location to all New Orleans has to offer, even the filming of a new movie to be released next year, starring Jamie Foxx, based on a true story. How exciting to catch a glimpse of him on your way to dinner. Memories made here! Oh my gosh, never expected the elevator to stop working, on the second floor, They didn't hit that promise of a 4 hour call time, but glad it all worked out, 2 hours later, and you didn't have to carry your luggage down the stairs when it was time to depart for your journey home. Yes, we would love to host you again, detour to New Orleans on your next "Outdoors & Adventures". VacayNOLA!

Thanks for your time to write and let us know you had a great time, and quiet sleep in our "Outdoors & Adventure" themed condo.

Thank you Taryn. With this cond being in the CENTRAL Business District, it is very centralized to all the attractions and FOOD! Sounds like you had a wonderful time in NOLA. Since you don't live to far away, we hope you will come back more often. That was some wild, crazy, fun and excitement after the LSU Tigers won the NCAA CFP National Championship Game, almost as fun as when the Saints won the Superbowl! We do offer discounts to returning guest. Give us a call when you are ready to bring friends with you for another exciting vacation. VacayNOLA!

Thank you Dorene and friends for the 5 Star Review. This IS the perfect location to all downtown New Orleans has to offer, and then some! So very close walk to the Vieux Carre, and French Quarter Fest 5 various music stages from Woldenberg / Riverside Park and into the French Quarter. If you didn't get enough of the festival foods from local chefs, there is still a plethora of remarkable restaurants within a few blocks walk. We are blessed to have Barbara as our condo's facilitator and VacayNOLA as our Managers. They do an outstanding job of coordinating each guest, housekeeping services and maintenance request. Always a phone call away. We would love to host you and friends again. Before making future reservations, contact Barbara to get the most current Return Guest Discount coupon codes to VacayNOLA again!

Thank you Susan and family for allowing us to host you at The Picayune Building. We cannot reiterate enough what a perfect location this is to all that New Orleans has to offer; close to the French Quarter, WWII Museum, and the oh so many flavorful places to eat our scrumptious foods. So excited that you had a generational vacation to make such memories on your dream trip. We are honored that you chose VacayNOLA, The Picayune building and the themed condo of "Outdoors and Adventures". Those framed original newspaper pages in the condo are of the condo owner.
