New Rehab 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains Maison confortable avec dĂ©cor cĂŽtier offrant une vue imprenable. Notre maison est unique, deux Ă©tages avec beaucoup de portes en bois, shiplap et grange. La piscine chauffĂ©e au sel est sans Ă©cran et offre une vue imprenable sur le ciel et le lac depuis la piscine. Alors que la piscine n'est pas sous l'Ă©cran, nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de l'Ă©cran dans le patio arriĂšre. De cette façon, nous pouvons avoir notre nouveau curseur 12 'ouvert avec nos fenĂȘtres lorsque la tempĂ©rature se refroidit et ne pas avoir de problĂšmes. Notre maison a tout le confort d'une maison cĂŽtiĂšre au Maine combinĂ©e avec toutes les vues, le soleil et la chaleur de Cape Coral en Floride! Nous avons conçu et rĂ©novĂ© deux chambres principales au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Chacun avec un lit king et de nouvelles salles de bains. Une chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e est Ă©galement au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Le premier Ă©tage accueille deux chambres privĂ©es supplĂ©mentaires avec un bain partagĂ© entre elles. Le premier a un lit queen et une porte française Ă  la piscine, le second a deux lits superposĂ©s. Cuisine Ă  aire ouverte pouvant accueillir 3 personnes au comptoir et 8 Ă  la table Ă  manger. Stu est devenu "fou" et a achetĂ© un tĂ©lĂ©viseur de 80 "pour la grande salle. J'adore mĂ©langer l'ancien avec le nouveau et j'espĂšre que vous aimez notre Lake House. Nous aimons respirer une nouvelle vie dans les propriĂ©tĂ©s et celui-ci ne dĂ©cevra pas! Nos petits-enfants ont tirĂ© d’énormes poissons de ce lac d’eau douce (achigan Ă  grande bouche et tilapia). Il a Ă©tĂ© approvisionnĂ© par la ville de Cape Coral depuis les annĂ©es 1960. Deux vĂ©los et deux kayaks seront Ă  votre disposition dans le garage pour deux voitures. Si vous aimez cette propriĂ©tĂ©, nous avons deux autres semblables, mais chacun unique dans la rĂ©gion de Cape Coral. What a comfortable and well appointed home!

In numerous decades of renting vacation homes, this home stands out as one of the best. Not only was it beautifully decorated it was the thoughtful appointments such as beach towels, high end cookware and a well stocked spice cabinet that put it over the top! Our group was mostly retired but I can certainly recommend this home to families with children. Well done Stu & Cathy!

Yearly Florida Trip . . .

Cape Lake House was the nicest, cleanest, and most well-stocked home we've stayed in over the years. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were 7 of us and the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout was perfect for us. We have NO negative comments whatsoever. Stu and Cathy were quick to reply if we had questions. We will definitely be staying at Cape Lake House again or maybe we'll check out one of their other locations. I wish we were still there! :)

Private and quiet getaway

Well appointed for all your vacation needs. Plenty of privacy with the mature landscaping and the lake/neighborhood was very quiet.The house was very clean with really comfortable beds, plenty of pool towels, throw blankets and pillows.Garage was well stocked with everything you need for the pool or beach along with game tables.Stu and Cathy were very easy to contact for questions100% recommended

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful with three small exceptions. The neighbors next door were smoking weed which blew our way. We opted to go inside.The other issue we had were with the lights/fans. We had a couple of rainy days so we read books and played games. However, the kitchen light didn't work unless the fan was on. When it was chilly out having the fan on made us freezing cold. We had to move the kitchen table in order to play a board game. There was only one lamp that worked in the living room. One ceiling fan light worked in the living room and the other didn't. No light in the other seating area near the patio doors. One lamp in the upstairs bedroom did not work. It was hard for all of us to read.Also, there were no fans in two of the bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor had an especially slippery floor after showering so I would use caution when showering.

Wonderful Home

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It has absolutely everything you could need
 and want! We enjoyed the bikes, pool, hot tub and fishing poles. It was comfortable for a week of remote work followed by a weekend with our teenagers. We look forward to returning soon!

Family get away:

The property was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 8 kids age 4-13. We had just enough sleeping accommodations. The pool and hot tub were constantly used and worked perfectly. The dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were constantly used and worked perfectly.The location of the property worked very well. We were able to visit the Ft. Meyers beach area a couple times and then spent the others days hanging out at our own pool. The adults loved the triple patio doors. It was our gathering place for coffee in the morning but also allowed us to keep and easy eye on the kids when they were in the pool.We would highly recommend this location for any family get together.

Christmas Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse! It was just what we all needed! The kids had more than enough to do and loved fishing! Swimming of course was a favorite too! We will definitely be back!!!

Gorgeous waterfront home!

The house is beautifully decorated, perfectly cleaned, and provides an amazing view! We loved the paddelboard and kayaks! The pool area was where we stayed most of the day, and when we got hot, we stayed in the lovely screened in porch. Everyone slept well in the comfortable rooms which is key for a relaxing vacation.I can't say enough about this house!! I'm so grateful we had the chance to stay there!!

First time to Cape Coral

Our family stayed at the Cape Lake House & we had a great time. The house is exactly as advertised, the owners are very quick to respond with any questions & the location is close or within a reasonable driving distance to just about everything there is to offer in Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. Very clean, well stocked & a great layout for a family of 10. We had two littles under the age of 2 & teens (17 & 18). Everyone had their own space. The Lanai & pool were awesome. Swimming in the rain was a hi lite of our trip. We enjoyed the kayaks & paddle boarding along with fishing in the lake. The local farmers market was wonderful if you like to cook & eat in. The house is very well stocked for this. Our favs for dining out were Lobster Lady, Pinchers, & the FishTail. Other activities we enjoyed were golf, deep sea fishing, putt putt golf & go carts, & our son in law drove to go on a shark dive. Great comfortable stay with lots of fun had by all.

The Lake House

Perfect place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family! We had 8 adults and two kids and plenty of room. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. Our crew loved the Wii. The pool was perfect, we spent a lot of time there! Stu was very easy to work with and responded quickly! Overall, I would recommend this place your family!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben in Cape Coral (2 Familien -> 4 Erwachsene/4Kinder) einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt und bedanken und bei Stu & Cathy, dass wir in dem Haus wohnen durften. Unsere Erwartungen wurden ĂŒbertroffen - tolle Einrichtung, sehr gut ausgestattet und schönes Flair. Vor allem der Pool und die Möglichkeit zum Angeln direkt am Steg wurde von unseren Kindern geliebt. Wir wĂŒrden das Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Very clean

The house was very clean, the layout worked well for our 2 families that stayed together. We loved the pool and water with fishing and canoeing/paddle boarding equipment. The pool needed some minor repairs during our stay, the repair men and owner were professional, communicative, and worked quickly. The appliances could use updating, but the kitchen was fully stocked and worked well enough. The owner communicated very well, maybe a little too much. But that’s better than not enough. My family would stay here again.

Fun family vacation

Our original family vacation to the Lake House was canceled due to the pandemic. We are so happy we chose the Lake House for our return trip. The whole family from kids to grandparents enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. There were many extras to enjoy but the pool was the highlight. Close enough to enjoy some Spring Training games in Fort Myers too. Thanks Stu & Cathy for a memorable stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I love this house it emits a warm cozy atmosphere. The views are breathtaking. Especially in the evening when the sun turns the sky and water a soft pink. We get a kick out of watching our grandsons pull one huge fish after another out of the freshwater lake. The four bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa allow us plenty of room to sleep and yet have our own space. The heated saltwater pool gets a lot of use from all of us. And we've added the two person detached therapeutic spa just outside of the screened lanai. We enjoy the warm weather of Florida, the beaches, the long sunny days, being outside all of the time, opening our windows to let the breeze in, and being able to do outside sports, biking, kayaking all the time.

We love Cape Coral. Stu's parents owned property and we vacationed here every year with our family. We purchased this property because we have two other homes in Cape Coral, one just a five minute kayak/bike ride away! Stu loves to fish with our grandsons. We love to kayak, I love the views. Now that our family is up to 22 and counting we needed room for them and a little peace for us. We are hoping that this will appeal to many of our guests as well who vacation with friends and family. This is not your typical Florida home, but it spoke to me. The view is perfect, we love the pool and landscaping, the shake shingles remind us of a Maine style house in Florida! I loved the challenge of remaking it to bring the outside in and to cozy it up. The results are stunning I think you will agree! It is such a quiet street in a great neighborhood, a place we may one day call home. We love the beaches and everything this area provides.
