Cette escapade de vacances est un nouvellement rĂ©novĂ©, immaculĂ©, appartement de 2 chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage, situĂ© dans le coeur et l'Ăąme de l'ancien Sarasota. Marchez dans les endroits les plus recherchĂ©s de Sarasota, y compris Shelby Gardens, Bay Front Park, Southside Village (a tout, meilleurs restaurants, bars sportifs, boĂźtes de nuit). Our stay at the Nest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Nest". Pat and Joe met us at our agreed upon check in time and gave us a quick, yet thorough tour of the property. It was exactly as described, and more.We were in town to visit my parents who live in Sarasota and celebrate my 60th birthday. The location was perfect for everything we had planned. We had wonderful time and the weather was perfect. We would definitely book another stay when we visit again.Thank you once again!

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay at the Nest! Location was ideal; nice neighborhood - walking distance to bay front and some great restaurants and Morton’s Market in Southside. Clean, spacious bedrooms, lots of beach gear (no bikes currently). Short drive to Siesta Key and St Armand’s. Pat and Joe were lovely hosts and we hope to return!

The Local Experience

It was a wonderful and peaceful end to a day of adventuring. One of the best parts was how centrally located to everything The Nest was! Everything you could want to do on a Florida vacation was a short car ride away. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come down to Sarasota!

Sarasota trip

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. Several good restaurants within walking distance. We loved having a nice cool place to relax after being out in the heat at the rowing national regatta. We would definitely stay here again when in this area.

The Nest is a great place to stay

Joe and Pat have a nice cozy place with easy access to Sarasota downtown. It's quiet, has great AC, comfy beds, and is nicely appointed. I will stay there again when in Sarasota!

Pat & Joe, are great ! The apartment is comfortable and furnished with everything you will need and also those things you may have forgotten :) Including beach chairs, etc. Highly recommend.

Fl Getaway

Place is fantastic, super large bedroom, large living area with comfortable furniture. Pat and Joe are naturals as hostess and keep the apartment supplied with the basic necessities to start your vacation. They are very friendly and do everything they can to provide for your comfort. The location is FANTASTIC- close to beaches, the Marina, downtown Sarasota , restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend renting here. Susan and Bob Murray

The 50+ Spring Break Girls Trip

Pat and Joe were fantastic hosts! Everything you could think of was supplied. If we had questions or needed an item, we received immediate responses. They gave great suggestions on were to go, what to do and where to eat. The property is in a great location. I'm keeping this property in my favorites. Hope to return with my husband one day.

The Nest was comfortable and well appointed with extra’s we appreciated including a cooler, beach chairs, a yoga mat, shampoo & soap, plenty of towels, paper goods, etc. The location of the Nest is excellent allowing walking to restaurants, shopping, the marina. A win win for us. Thanks Joe

Winter get away

We have not traveled for so long. So coming to Sarasota for two weeks was a good choice.. Our apartment was perfect with good living space and comfortable beds. But the best part was getting to know our hosts . We look forward to a trip next year and recommend the location as well as accommodations. Walking distance to South Village and a short drive to Main Street downtown. We frequented a French restaurant there C’est La Vie. Chocolate eclairs and champagne on our last afternoon. Great holiday rental

Not knowing Sarasota myself (although my husband had visited 25 years previously) when searching for a rental for a month's stay I had no idea of where to look in the city. I got really lucky with The Nest. Joe & Pat were fabulous hosts, very welcoming and friendly and helpful with any questions we had or with anything we needed. The facilities are great. the kitchen is equipped well, although we did very little cooking, too many places to eat out! The master bedroom has a large and comfortable bed which is always an important factor. There was lots of storage space for clothes and to put our empty cases etc. Plenty of options on the TV including Netflix and good WiFi coverage. The bikes were an added bonus which are there for use by guests. There are also beach chairs and cool boxes which are very useful. Although the house is on a relatively busy road there was very little traffic noise, it didn't bother us at all, even being light sleepers. The location however meant that it was incredibly easy to get to amenities, there is a local shopping and dining centre which is a 5 minute walk away and walking into town was equally as easy, flat route, as pretty much everywhere is, and took only around 20 minutes. We played tennis many times which located a 5 minute drive away and golf is readily available at many local courses we we also played. Overall our stay in Sarasota was highly successful and enjoyable, this essentially been down to Joe and Pat and the comfort and convenience of The Nest. We hope to be returning in the not too distant future.

Wonderful Stay

We are so thankful we were still able to come and stay only a week after Hurricane Ian came through! Joe and Pat were great to communicate with and kept us posted on the status of everything. Their place is very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. It's walkable distance to downtown Sarasota (although we drove most places since parking was free at the waterfront and beaches). I used a bike one day to go to the Farmer's market, which was fun. A lock, helmet and pump were provided. We loved that there were so many extras like a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, beach blanket, tennis rackets, books etc. Only thing that would have been nice would have been a washer/dryer for if we were staying longer. The place was quiet and close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. About 15min from Siesta Key. Thanks so much!

Home away from home

Stayed for a almost a week to drop daughter off to school and it was so nice to have a beautiful place to stay at that had all the comforts of home, and close to everything we needed. Not having to stay in a cold hotel room each night made it easier for us. Great people and so welcoming to their place.
