Cette escapade de vacances est un nouvellement rénové, immaculé, appartement de 2 chambres à l'étage, situé dans le coeur et l'âme de l'ancien Sarasota. Marchez dans les endroits les plus recherchés de Sarasota, y compris Shelby Gardens, Bay Front Park, Southside Village (a tout, meilleurs restaurants, bars sportifs, boîtes de nuit). Tout cela à seulement 1/3 mille ou moins de l'appartement. PLAGES, soit LIdo ou # 1 plage aux États-Unis, Siesta Key, 3 miles ou 10 min en voiture!

The Nest is a great place to stay

Joe and Pat have a nice cozy place with easy access to Sarasota downtown. It's quiet, has great AC, comfy beds, and is nicely appointed. I will stay there again when in Sarasota!

What a lovely stay in Sarasota! Joe and Pat were wonderful hosts and the apartment had everything we needed during our 5-day stay. Conveniently located and an easy drive to the beach, downtown, etc. We will definitely be back!

Sarasota trip

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. Several good restaurants within walking distance. We loved having a nice cool place to relax after being out in the heat at the rowing national regatta. We would definitely stay here again when in this area.

A charming, comfortable flat in a lovely neighborhood that is close to downtown Sarasota and the beaches. The hosts are a charming couple who have thought through every little detail to ensure that all your needs are met throughout your stay. We will be returning.

The Local Experience

It was a wonderful and peaceful end to a day of adventuring. One of the best parts was how centrally located to everything The Nest was! Everything you could want to do on a Florida vacation was a short car ride away. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come down to Sarasota!

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay at the Nest! Location was ideal; nice neighborhood - walking distance to bay front and some great restaurants and Morton’s Market in Southside. Clean, spacious bedrooms, lots of beach gear (no bikes currently). Short drive to Siesta Key and St Armand’s. Pat and Joe were lovely hosts and we hope to return!

We had an excellent stay. The property as listed was accurate and even better when we arrived. Our hosts were accessible and accommodating and a pleasure. There was nothing not to like...except we wish we could have stayed longer.

Home away from home

Stayed for a almost a week to drop daughter off to school and it was so nice to have a beautiful place to stay at that had all the comforts of home, and close to everything we needed. Not having to stay in a cold hotel room each night made it easier for us. Great people and so welcoming to their place.

Our stay at the Nest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Nest". Pat and Joe met us at our agreed upon check in time and gave us a quick, yet thorough tour of the property. It was exactly as described, and more.We were in town to visit my parents who live in Sarasota and celebrate my 60th birthday. The location was perfect for everything we had planned. We had wonderful time and the weather was perfect. We would definitely book another stay when we visit again.Thank you once again!
