Lac vivant à son meilleur. Belle vue sur le canal et la piscine depuis le balcon. Condo pour 4 personnes confortablement avec 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain et un canapé-lit. Tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine disponibles et les draps propres. Lorsque vous avez besoin d'une journée de repos, il y a un téléviseur HD 50 "avec lecteur Blu-Ray et wifi inclus. Tout ce que vous devez apporter est un changement de vêtements et de nourriture et votre famille est prête à explorer. Beaucoup de pêche, de canotage et de natation. Great location!

The condo was perfect for a quick getaway. You can dock your boat right at the condo and walk to your room. The property is older and the condo can use some updating. But overall for the price will stay again as the location was the #1 positive.

I liked everything about this property it was very nice, quiet and private. I will most definitely return. Typically a hotel or other accommodation would keep your card on record for incidentals but here they actually took $250 to be refunded in seven days.

Hoping for a quiet weekend!

First impression was the musky dank smell when we walked in. and I lit any candle I could find to help. The A/C was set to 77 and took some time to cool down the condo. I was a little taken back by all the dust and lack of a good freshening up for our arrival. The rusty water caused stains in each of the sinks and had to wait for that to clear up to use it. Coffee pot in pantry was not cleaned for some time had caked on coffee at the bottom. Very thin walls and neighbors above us were banging around for hours so we left a day early, The grounds are nice but not one of the units overlookjng the water. Bed was very comfy, but be aware it is a full size.

I was in this beautiful lakefront condo all summer and it was the perfect place for everything i needed. Hosts checked on me throughout my 2 months stay and made sure the property always had everything i needed. Couldnt have asked for anything more

Didn't care for the boiler rust.in water & bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Ceiling fan in bedroom rarely worked. Overall was a comfortable place to stay.

Served its purpose for an affordable weekend stay in a decent location when visiting the area for Ren Fest. Had some minor trouble with the door code on arrival (need to pull the door in a tad for it to properly unlock) - when I messaged, the host immediately responded and also called to assist.

Served its purpose

We needed a property close to Margaritaville and this served that purpose. Location is about a 10 minute or less drive from Margaritaville. The neighbor as mentioned in previous reviews has taken over the entire front porch area so you basically just have to go directly into the property. There was the slightest smell of smoke (again, I think from next door) when we walked in but it wasn't overwhelming or noticeable as the weekend went on. The property could use a deep cleaning. The bed size is not in the listing. I think it may be a full, maybe a queen. Overall it was fine and acceptable for the price compared to other properties in the area.

Great Place

Loved the records, and the guitar. No dishwasher soap yet they asked us to run dishwasher when we left...had to borrow some. Keurig but no coffee.

Glad y’all enjoyed the guitar and records, we love our little condo. Not sure if it’s just something we do but the coffee is kept in the freezer so it stays fresh and the dishwasher liquid soap is always under the sink. If there is anything else needed, we can always be reached and have great neighbors that can also assist.

Relaxing lake weekend

Rented this as an overflow for some family that decided to come for 4th of July. The location was perfect as we have another condo located a very close. This was a perfect place for 3 family members to stay for a few days. We will be using it again!

May 26/28 Visit

The property was as described. Clean and comfortable. Nice neighbor lady. :) Since I was there to visit my daughter, who does not have a guest room, I only needed a bed and bathroom and spent very little time at the property. Bed was comfortable. The handles on the bathroom sink could be re-positioned as it was hard to turn the water completely off. It did eventually stop dripping, but it was concerning to me.

Nice condo

This was a nice, cozy condo for our weekend away. The smell of smoke was pretty strong through the vents, but the weather was beautiful so we just cracked the balcony door during the day.

The condo was exactly as described, was clean, nicely furnished. and instructions for check in/out were laid out clearly. Property is great and close to just about anything you want to do. Owner was responsive and so easy to work with.
