The building counts with elevator access and is conveniently located next to the Yacht Club and Marina.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses, panini maker, and off course a Keurig coffee maker. An electric grill at the balcony complements all you need to make your own food if desired (Walmart and Kroger are within 6 miles).

Fresh linen and extra pillows for both beds is provided. Plenty of ceiling fans provide a welcome breeze.

Upscale bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Iron and board are also available.

There are two last generation Smart TV’s in the unit compatible with your preferred Streaming accounts. Ultra high speed Wi-Fi is available.

Coin operated washer and dryer are located in the utility room.
