Welcome to Lakein' It Easy! Located right on the lake - down the road from the esteemed Margaritaville Resort. A paradise outside of Houston for boating, water-skiing, fishing, and golfing. Newly remodeled lakefront condo is the perfect space to relax, boat, swim, enjoy the Yacht Club for lunch or swim in the pool located right outside the back balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Condo is located on Lake Conroe in the Harbour Village Complex in the Walden Community. The Walden Community offers private boat ramps, pools, restaurants, fitness center, racquetball/tennis courts and marina. Amenities are accessible by a key card which is provided with the rental.

Getting Around:
Parking is located right in front of condo door.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this cozy little condo on the water. We were there for 4th of July and the view of the fireworks were perfect from the balcony overlooking the water. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to rent this place again.

We booked this condo for my brother and his family to stay while visiting us from out of state. The condo was the perfect size. Clean and comfortable. Great veiw of the lake and beautiful little stream that runs through the property. The host was great and very responsive. Great apartment with nice amenities in the area (tennis, pickleball, gym, pool all included). Couldn’t have been happier with both apartment and communication with Nicole and Eric. Added bonus was a basic spice cabinet.

Retreat getaway

Stayed here for a couple day retreat getaway. Everything was great, easy check-in and the condo was super clean and bed was comfy. I loved the view and being able to have the sliding door open my whole stay and listening to the waterfall coming into the cove. The view was beautiful too. Definitely would stay her again. A quick drive from Tomball and that was nice too.

Lovely condo with a lease view

The condo was wonderfully clean, easily accessible, and exactly as the listing. The bed was comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the view of the water, including a small waterfall installation the spilled into the water. Perfect little spot, we are hoping to be back again.

My stay was excellent... the apartment is super clean, organized, view to the lake was pretty. Lots of stuff to do around. Margaritaville is close and we have a good time. Whenever my travels bring me back well if available I will stay again.. thanks for your hospitality..

This property was very clean! The are was peaceful and not too crowded even on a holiday weekend. Neighbors were great as well. If i was to comment on one thing it would be the very strong fragrant scent on the towels. Other that that. Everything was perfect.

This adorable condo was newly remodeled and it was super clean and fresh. New furniture and mattress. The bed was amazing. I had two great nights of sleep. the living room furnishings were so comfortable. The lake decor was so tranquil and relaxing. It was just a great retreat for my husband and I when we came to visit the Texas Renaissance Festival. We definitely hope to stay there in the future!

Exceeded expectations

We have stayed at this condo complex several times in the past and this unit was BY FAR the best. + Everything was pristine (sofas, carpet, furniture, paint - all seemed brand new) + King size bed was very comfy + View was outstanding + Bath towels were nice and plush + Very tastefully decorated + Seating in the living room was very comfy and plentiful + Kitchen had everything we needed + Communication with the owner was excellent We would happily stay here again in the future.

Wonderful weekend getaway on the lake an hour away from Houston

The property is in spectacular state. Everything starting from the bed, couches, TV, utensils, etc. feel brand new. The pictures don’t do justice to how nice the property is! There is so much more including board games, fishing gear, and even spices, etc. that are not even listed on the ad. The hosts Nicole and Eric are very very welcoming and always there to respond to any queries that you might have. If you are looking for a weekend getaway on Lake Conroe, this would be the best pick in my honest opinion. Highly recommended!

Hello! Our names are Nichole and Eric and we have been married for 18 years. We are also the proud parents to two boys who are 15 and 12 and live in Magnolia, Texas. Nichole owns her own business, Eric works in security and fire alarm and we are both kept super busy by these two (not so little anymore) boys. Our world revolves around sports and enjoying the outdoors. We love to travel and enjoy all of God's blessings that can be found in our world. Spending time with each other is our happy place.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Watersports and activities is something that has held near and dear to both our hearts since we were young. Nichole grew up outdoors on the water in either Tennessee or on Lake Conroe and started waterskiing at an early age, then continued on through college being a part of the water-ski team. Eric grew up in Iowa joining the show-ski team and later skiing professionally in Florida, Texas and Australia. Our oldest started skiing at one, and to this day we are our happiest when out on water wakeboarding, surfing and having fun with each other. You can say, we love being around the water and it is a big part of our life, which is why we recently purchased this condo. This place gives us a little escape and getaway and a place to keep our boat on the water and hangout. However, as well all know, life is busy which is why it makes it the perfect vacation rental since we can't be here all the time. I hope you all enjoy Lakein' It Easy!
