Mon endroit est situé dans la communauté lac privée d'April Sound, à proximité de restaurants raffinés, boutiques, marchés et à seulement 25 minutes de la région des bois. Ce condo est situé dans la communauté gated country club d'April Sound sur le lac Conroe. Vous avez accÚs aux piscines extérieures, à la salle de sport, au restaurant club, au golf (frais supplémentaires) et au tennis (frais de justice de 10 $)

Accommodations were great, we spent 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Great location very close to the lake. The condo was very clean and supplied everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

Lake Conroe condo vacation

Our two bedroom two bath condo was as advertised and only a two minute walk to the pools and Jacuzzi, gymnasium, clubhouse, and restaurant, very nice accommodations

Great place and super clean!

We stayed at Cecille’s place for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived we were hit with smell of freshness and we knew the place would be clean. Once we looked around our assumptions were confirmed. The place was spotless and super clean! So important these days. The bathrooms were fully equipped with towels and amenities. The kitchen was well equipped too with everything you need. The place is ideal for a family with older kids / teenagers. Easy walk to the lake and the country club for the pool and golf. We would most certainly stay here again.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a wedding and Cecile's condo was the perfect place to relax and refresh. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Cecile was nice enough to include all of those essentials (coffee, water, soap, lotion, etc...) to make our stay even more enjoyable. We were surprised by how much movement in the above in the condo above us could be heard. We enjoyed walking through the lake community and lunching there also. We had hoped to use the resort hot tub since it was still in the 70s and 80s in November, but unfortunately it was closed for the season. Another nice perk was the Renaissance Festival only 30 minutes a way.

Water leakage

Woke up the first morning to a lot of water on the floor that had come in under and around the French doors due to thunder/rain storm. I cleaned up the mess & went about my business but this is obviously an ongoing issue as evidenced by the prior water damage around that door frame. I’m not complaining, just thought you should know.

Very nice.

Communication with the owner was very easy. Her response was very quick. Very nice and clean. Great neighborhood. Security guards were always at the gate to make sure no one got in that shouldn’t be there. We very much enjoyed the stay!! Thanks!

Great Property!

This property has everything! It’s beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could need. The beds are so comfortable. The owner responded quickly when we had a problem with the door lock and the problem was resolved quickly. We would love to stay here again! Great job, Cecille!! Thank you!

Meditation retreat

I attended an online meditation retreat and this location was perfect. The smart TVs allowed me to project the retreat for viewing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. I made smoothies each day and really appreciated the blender. I have another retreat in a few months and will most likely stay at this location again. Thank you!

Nice Getaway from the City

Great location, walkable to the restaurant and clubhouse. Played two rounds of golf, had a couple of great meals at the restaurant! The beds were super comfortable, was a great fit for my husband, son, and I for a few days’ getaway from Houston.

Beautiful Home in a great neighborhood

This house was just as it was listed. It was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, and had great access to amenities and a quick drive to restaurants and stores. The host was very responsive and gave helpful information. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a weekend getaway!
