The apartment is in a great part of town, very quiet at night and close to the major attractions. It felt safe to walk around at night. The apartment itself is small but my family of 5 fitted in nicely. The bedrooms are small but the beds are comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the apartment makes this apartment so much better. We did not use the kitchen as there are plenty of great cafes in walking distance.The host agent that runs the apartment is very good with communication and gives great instructions about the apartment. We had a small issue and they dealt with it very quickly. The only downside to the apartment is it’s a little run down and just needs a little upgrade. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The flat is lovely, well maintained, and very comfortable. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, the host was always available and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Any issues were handled quickly and efficiently. The security deposit was clearly communicated in advance and returned promptly, which we appreciated. Overall, a great experience in a beautiful apartment and a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

I would not book any property with Bnb Nova. They asked if I wanted an earlier check in for a reduced price which I paid then they did not give it to me when I arrived. Still have not received my money back from them. Also had me drop keys at a location where there was no one to receive the keys and blamed me for it, and took a 50 late charge. Nice apartment but I would not deal with them again. Unethical practices.

I hate to not give a 5 star review as I am a VRBO host myself and know how hard it is to be a great host. Having said that, the flat needs some work and updates. It is definitely worn and could be better cleaned. The sheets are old, pillows quite old and even having mismatched pillow cases for the size pillows. There is a bedside table lamp just sitting in the closet. There was a table side lamp in living room that isn't even plugged in and no outlet is near it, so we couldn't plug it in. Multiple burned out lights. So, nothing major, just needs some love and attention.There is no AC (which is in the description but people need to realize that for summer rentals as the flat gets very hot and it is a fairly noisy street--it is in Paris, so expected). Overall, we had a good experience, the flat just needs some attention. Would love to give it a 5 star, but having been a host for many years, I know the effort it takes to give people a 5 star experience and this flat just isn't it unfortunately.
