Cozy and large apartment completely renovated in July 2025.
It is the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends to comfortably visit the city staying in a relaxing and central location, well and easily connected to all historical and archaeological city areas because the closest metro station and the central train station "Termini" are just 4 min walk away.

The apartment has two double bedrooms (beds are 160 x 200 cm), a twin bed room (beds size 90 x 200 cm), two full bathrooms with shower, a living room with lunch area and the kitchen.
The apartment is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, smart TV (support on-line streaming services, not connected to terrestrial tv-channels) in living room, Nespresso coffee pods machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Let us know if you need help or advice on:
- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor.
- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.

Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of €155 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
