Belle maison modulaire de 1 1/2 salles de bain avec quai situĂ©e sur le canal du lac Dora. Il y a un quai de pĂȘche, un bateau couvert avec ascenseur, une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau locale Ă  proximitĂ© et un parking pour 2 vĂ©hicules. La maison est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour quelques jours Ă  un mois ou plus. Il a une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur, lave-vaisselle, 2 tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat, wifi et HBO et plus encore. La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la deuxiĂšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux avec salle de bain privĂ©e. Il y a aussi 2 canapĂ©s-lits.
Venez simplement vous détendre ou profiter des activités à proximité du mont Dora, Tavares, Eustis et Leesburg. Nous sommes également situés à environ 4O minutes de Disney, Ocala et à moins d'une heure des plages.

A beautiful relaxing cottage

It had a wonderful view of the cottages on the canal. It was very convenient with 2 bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was roomy and comfortable.

Holiday weekend getaway

Quiet neighborhood with the friendliest people you could ever meet. Minutes from activities in downtown Tavares and Mount Dora, while still having everything you need for a stay home vacation. Place was immaculate, hosts were responsive and check in easy even with my delayed flight! Planning another trip already!

Location, location, location

The location of this place is perfect for the nature lover. We enjoyed watching the birds, gators, fisherman and even a manatee. Although it’s an older home, it’s in good shape and has all the amenities you need.

Lake Dora Canal

The pictures of the home were accurate with the listing. Their dock on Lake Dora canal was a great way to sit in the sun and enjoy the Florida weather. Home was equipped with everything you needed for a long stay. We stayed from Jan 16th - March 17th 2025. The place is closed to shopping and restaurants.

Very nice stay

Clean property. Older but taken care of. Saw alligators in the canal, tons of birds. Beautiful area. Took a pontoon ride down the Dots Canal that was beautiful. Just a very nice, safe area.

The property was as described in the listing. It was very clean with kitchen appliances, towels & bedding. There were 2 screened porches attached to the home. The hosts were easy to reach & very accommodating for us. I would stay again.

Falling in Love

We wanted to explore Mt. Dora and all it has to offer. I choose this place because it was a short commute to Mt. Dora and there were two bedrooms and a screened in porch. The hostess met us at her property and explained how to use all the multiple fans and lights throughout her home. We loved Mt. Dora!

Great view but not suitable for seniors

The view was great especially the sunrise reflecting over the canal. My husband and I are both seniors with joint issues. There were too many steps throughout the house. Step up from living room to kitchen, two steps from master bedroom to hallway to access bathroom, three steps to get to laundry. There was no attached bathroom for the master. The oven and burner on the stove did not work properly. There was no laundry detergent and no kleenex. The dining table was extremely too high for us to access as it was about 4 feet high. We will not stay at this rental again.

Darling Home

This place is perfect on the water with beautiful views and sunrises. The home was beautiful with all the amenities that are needed. Great communication with the owners. They were very responsive to any questions. The beds were comfy. Especially the queen bed. Plenty of room for everyone. The sunroom was our favorite place to relax. Would definitely return.

Professional Bass Tournament on Lake Harris

The place is in a great location, close to the take off ramp for the tournament. Very centrally located to fish multiple lakes that connect to Lake Harris. However, parking is a tight fit with a bass boat, but I was able to make it work with the help of the property owner. I will be returning next year for sure.

Great Lake stay

We came down for a week to fish the Harris chain of lakes. Debra and Al met us to check us in and show us around which was nice. The place was clean and suited our needs. Being able to keep the boat on the water all week was the bonus for us as we just got up in the morning and headed out to fish.
